We had storm damage to our roof in 2014, which required half the roof being replaced. Mr Gardner had an online ad and we got him to come estimate our job. He gave us the lowest bid. He told my husband he'd beat anyone's estimate and he begged for the job. Because he was so insistent, we hired him. On a Tuesday the supplies were delivered COD, from the roofing supply company. I wrote a check to the suppliers eben though Gardner should have actually paid for our supplies himself. Not sure why the supply company didn't just charge the stuff to the business account. Included in the supplies was a new roof vent. The work was to begin the next day. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday rolled by-no roofers. On Friday my husband called Mr Gardner and offered to hire someone else. He assured us he'd get there and do the job. On Saturday he and his crew showed up. The roofing crew got to work. As they went along my husband noticed that they hadn't brought lumber to replace the holes left by the tree. He found lumber around our home to give to Gardner to fix the gaping holes. He also noticed that the vent had not been replaced. When he went to look for it, he found it, in Mr Gardner's van. It had been delivered to our house earlier that week, with the other supplies(see above)and I had already paid for it. My husband then looked for Gardner to ask what the back he was up to. But Mr Gardner had left the job, supposedly to dump the old shingles. When he left, he took the magnet to pick up old nails, and the rakes needed to clean up. Eventually he returned, admitted to taking the vent "to use on another job because I'm not making enough money on your job". He never apologized for stealing from us, he said it was all because he bid so low, although we hired him at his original estimated price. My husband and I had to get neighbors over to keep the peace. Finally, I deducted the price of the supplies plus the stolen vent and paid the difference. Oh and his original signed estimate also included replacing the felt under the shingles, which he failed to do. The roof did leak also, to the point of causing wall damage, and we got a friend to repair the flashing that, surprise, wasn't replaced with the job, though my husband pointed out the damage to it during the estimate inspection. Note: this review is based on an experience that happened several years ago. But I was not using Google maps at that time. The reason I began reviewing businesses is because this experience was so bad I never wanted another consumer to go through this nightmare.

Stay away. Hired David to do roof and siding on small apartment building. I paid him $18,000. Job was suppose to be done in a month to a month and a half and it took 3 month. He would stop my job to take another one.He left the roof exposed to the rain which then damaged ceilings and floors in 3 of the apartments. He did fix the ceilings but not very well. I still have to pull out all of the carpet and some tile and replace it. He ran out of roofing tiles and instead of getting more of the same color just finished the roof with whatever he had from another job. 10 days after he finished, the siding and soffit started falling off and it took 3 weeks and a letter threatening legal action for him to fix it. He tried to claim the tree removal people messed it up but now 6 months later and more siding and soffit are falling off.He kept asking for money even though I gave him almost $9000 before he even started. Save yourself the hassle and just call Moore's Roofing. The photos are of this last time the siding is falling off.

Advanced added handicapped ramp, remodeling inside home for handicapped accessibility. Did a quick, clean job at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Advanced Roofing / Remodeling in the future and plan to use them for my bath ennovation.
