Joel was awesome. I learned a lot just from talking to him and listening to his recommendations during the inspection.

As first time home buyers we wanted to make sure we were getting what we were paying for with our new bill purchase. The builder didn’t give us any reason to doubt them but we decided a third party inspection would set our minds at ease. Our realtor recommended Joel and we hired him.

He showed up on time to the inspection and walked us through what he would look for. It really made us feel at ease knowing he was there to advocate for us. The builder was upfront that some items were not finished but would be, joel let him know it would be documented none the less and that made us feel confident.

Overall he found a few items to fix and made great recommendations. We feel secure in our purchase now and are happy we spent the money to hire Joel. He was so professional and courteous. Definitely worth every penny.
