We had a few heavy storms which we weren't sure if we had hail damage or not.
Steve came out to check over our entire house and roof. Steve found that we had more damage than we thought, even on our garage doors, which we never even noticed!
He took great pictures to show us every little detail of the damage found.
A week or so later, when the adjuster came out to confirm what Steve had found, for our insurance Co., Steve came to meet him to walk through everything around the house and back up on the roof. I was SO impressed that he came back to discuss in detail with the adjuster!
All the work was scheduled and completed quickly. Steve even came back after everything was finished to make sure we were happy and to check that the yard and driveway were cleaned up. We could not be more happy with the start to finish process. Steve went above and beyond for us, he was so enjoyable to work with. We'll be back for siding!!

Steve from advanced exteriors replaced my roof in 2021 . I noticed some siding near the roof that was coming off on 10/29/24 . It had nothing to do with the roof that he installed but he came out to take a look . He scaled my roof and repaired the problem and I think he would have done it for nothing . Service like this really doesn’t exist anymore . So obviously I was extremely pleased .

Extremely pleased with our new roof. The process was very smooth, starting with our meeting with Steve. He gave us a very fair price, then the crew was here within a week and were very diligent with proper installation and took care not to damage our driveway or our landscaping. The finished job looks great.
This is the third time we have used this business, having gotten our last roof from them nearly 20 years ago, as well as new siding 5 years ago.
Would not hesitate at all to use them again.

We had a very positive experience recently with AE, Steve and the work crew. Our new siding looks great and they cleaned up well. We recommend them.

After several years they still honor their warranty and were here within a day to check and adjust our patio door

The windows that were purchased, were done so largely on the guarantee that these types of windows (very expensive windows) would let in the sun in the summer, without letting in the heat. This is not even close to the truth. You can be in front of the windows for just a couple minutes and you're already starting to sweat.

I tried reaching the salesman and the corporate office many times about this and have had 1 person reach out 1 time, which i missed the call because I was at work and now nothing.

Based on the fact they seem to not honor their work or products, I do not recommend them.

We had an exceptionally fantastic experience with Advanced Exteriors. A partial re roof due to storm damage, insulation, all new soffets, trim and vinyl siding. Great people to work with. Our house looks amazing. Thank you Advanced Exteriors! Very highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever received. It took multiple phone calls and voicemails to finally get a hold of anyone who could help. Apparently only one person in this whole company can get you an order number which shocks me. Once finally getting to that person he was rude and disrespectful on the phone. I would highly NOT recommend working with a company who cannot treat their customers professionally and respectfully.

Steve came out to inspect our roof after a hail storm. Fortunetly we had no damage. However, he was still so kind he offered and took the time to help me patch a tire I was working on. No self interest - truly a nice guy!

We had our gutters and Siding done with this company. My husband and I are very happy with the outcome. Frank and Steve were helpful getting everything set up. Todd and his crew who worked on the house were great!

Sales Rep Steve James is the best! He knows windows & structures. And stands by his customers to oversee his teams work & product. Several years later a window is now settled, is retaining moisture & dust between the panes & I am getting a free window replacement & only minimal labor charges. I can't wait to have it done & have back my beautiful spring entry stoop view over my sink through my french beveled glass window!

From the start, we had a good experience. Our salesman, Steve James, was very knowledgeable, friendly and took care of dealing with the insurance company and building permits. Any time we had questions, Steve was quick to get back to us. Their crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work met our expectations. We would recommend them.

Craftsman that don't outsource. We started with soffits and attic work. Decided to do the whole exterior. Great people and beautiful work.

We were delighted with the experience of getting new siding, soffit and fascia. We went from vertical to horizontal siding, and it feels like we have a new home! From our first meeting with Steve, we could tell we were working with true professionals. We got a very fair price, and the workmanship of the installation crew was superb. Every night the yard was left free of debris and materials. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience all around. From working with Steve on negotiating a fair and honest price, to the excellent communication from Todd throughout the entire job. Our house had some old asbestos siding in a few spots, and most of the companies we reached out to either didn't want to touch it or they wanted to charge us double or triple what the job should cost. Advanced Exteriors was upfront and fair from the get-go. They only charged me the necessary additional expenses (permits, special equipment, etc) and didn't use it as an opportunity to take us to the cleaners, which I very much appreciated. Then, when the siding distributor delivered the incorrect siding, Todd worked quickly to get the right materials delivered so the job could resume quickly. Crew was courteous and professional and made sure everything was clean and tidy every night before leaving. We couldn't be happier with our new siding and couldn't recommend Advanced Exteriors more!

Had new windows installed in my townhouse October 2013. The experience > from reviewing options with Chad through installation was outstanding. The living room is a bay with four individual windows - it was a time consuming and required considerable time and patience by the crew yet they completed the work in 1 day > exceptional experience from window decisions to cleanup.

I contacted my insurance agent and Advanced exteriors sales rep helped me with the adjustor. He worked with me and the insurance company to get everything covered.. I saw a couple other places besides Advanced and the gentlemen that came out were not as informative or helpful. I highly recommend Advanced and sales man ,Steven James, that came out to my home and talked to me about all my options. My roof is now hail damage free and looks great! and when it came time for the work to be done it was so easy.Advanced Exteriors did the work, cleaned the area up. It flowed, after the completion, the rep stopped back out to ensure I was happy with the job. I was. This was the easiest construction project I have been involved with and if you have done any you know what a nightmare some can be. I recommend Advanced for your projects.
I had my roof replaced/screens on windows replaced and wrapping replaced all had been damaged due to hail.

My experience with Advanced Exteriors was great. They worked around my landscaping schedule with another contractor. Also, they prepared themselves to work around the rainy season by putting the required material on-site for a sunny day. The workers accommodated my family needs to get out the garage when the work started. They left the work site as clean as it was when they first started.

Advanced Exteriors handled everything from dealing with the insurance adjuster to install and cleanup. Everything was fast, everyone was courteous, and the new roof is great! Would definitely recommend to anyone over the few other places we tried to deal with first. In fact, Sela just contacted us to see if we were still interested - 9 months after they gave us a ridiculous estimate and 9 months after AE got the job done. That should be all you need to know about either company.

Advanced Exteriors came out and gave me a quote for my very large house to do a roof quote. When he came out and after looking over the roof he found some damage that turned out to be from hail damage. When he determined that hail had damaged the roof, he inspected the rest of the house locating some siding damage too. I contacted my insurance agent and Advanced exteriors sales rep me with me and the adjustor. He worked with me and the insurance company to get everything covered and when it came time for the work to be done it was so easy. Advanced Exteriors did the work, cleaned the area up. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable and The people that replaces my roof were respectful of my home and yard. I would highly recommend Advanced Exteriors to anyone that needs their services.

My experience with Advanced Exteriors can best be described as terrible. I contacted them about some work they had done on my roof to tell them that the shingles and metal underlay were pulling away from the roof. I was told that they had to verify they had done the work and that they would get back to, which they never did. I had to contact them, at which time they said they had done the work, but that it was not under warranty. I expected this, but asked them to come check on the roof and see what they could do, and they told me they would contact me the next day abut setting up a time....do you think I heard from them, no. When I called to ask why I had not heard from them in almost a week I was told that I had no reason to be upset that I was not contacted as promised and that they were doing me a favor. Needless to say the level of professionalism is sadly poor, especially when dealing with Chad. Avoid this company if you want good service.
