Came to fix a rock chip in my windshield. Service was good, rock chip damage was much less noticeable afterward, and they took care of all the paperwork with Progressive. Was skeptical at first because its not a popular glass repair shop like Safelite but happy I came here.

Wow just wow. This morning my dog hopped into my vehicle hitting his head in the mirror. He’s ok but the mirror shroud popped off into two pieces. I had no clue how to reinstall. So I went here. Let me tell you the service was top notch. Came right out and fixed it immediately in a matter of a blink of an eye. AND no charge. Who does that anymore in the day and time? Well I just wanted to shout out to the world they do here. Polite and willing to lend a helping hand to someone who just popped in off the street. Thank you. What was no big deal to you was a huge deal to me.

Can not say enough good things about Advanced Auto Glass. While traveling from Iowa to Oregon, our back window was smashed by vandals while in Spokane. Hannah had the glass overnighted and Travis installed first thing the next morning. Great customer service - certainly made a stressful situation so much better. In less than two hours we were back on the road again. THANK YOU!

We had a rock chip the windshield of our camper van driving to Joseph. They fixed it right away and better than expected. It shattered in kind of a star shape about the size of a nickel and it actually looks smaller now, and won't spread either which was the big concern.

We had a cracked windshield cracked by a rock from another car. They helped with dealing with the insurance company and took care of the whole process. This was a great experience and easy to make my car whole and road ready.

This father/son team is AMAZING! Driving back home to MT from Portland and noticed my windshield had a rattling sound. They stopped what they were doing to resolve my issue so that I could get back on the road! Very appreciative of their service and time! Highly recommend them! Definitely a family run environment with the customer first!

These guys are awesome!! Super friendly and professional. They fit me in on short notice for an emergency repair with a broken windshield on my 2020 lifted 4x4 express van, and dropped me off at a restaurant to wait. Definitely bringing all my future windshield repairs here.

They replaced my rear window and it leaked water when it rains. I took it back and they smeared sealer on the edges. It still leaks,and I don't want more sealer smeared on the edge of the window. Also the door wouldn't open. I had to take it apart and fix it. They left bolts loose and the windshield wiper leaks water because they didn't put the seal back on properly'

This place was so wonderful. Excellent customer service and they even let us keep our car there a few extra days while we were out of town. The repair was fast and affordable. Highly recommend and we will be back!

They all worked hard from the office to the shop, to get my replacement winshield installed and did a great job.
I recommend calling them for chip sealing or full glass services.

I order many windshields sometimes on a daily basis. Travis is the most reliable person we have found to keep us taken care of. Very competitive with his pricing and a quick turn around time.

Needed my front windshield replaced, they were able to fit me in the next day! The weather was not cooperating so they came to pick up my car while I was working and dropped it back off in the afternoon. Very professional and kind. I highly recommend this company!
