Let's start by saying these guys live in our neighborhood, so that's a great start. But that doesn't automatically make them great. Thier finished product, the roof (and gutters etc) doesn't even make them great (although the roof is outstanding). What makes them the best of the best is their team. Incredible attitudes, easy to work with, always on time, competent, competitively priced, and professional. They don't just hire roofing experts, they hire good, kind people. These aren't words you generally associate with roofing contractors. But in this case one does. Amazing job, well done!

Addicott Roofing did an awesome job with the roof replacement. They did good work on time for a very reasonable price. Kevin was awesome to work with, showing me and my wife the sections of rot that needed to be replaced and giving us options on things that we could keep such as the ugly, but fully functional vent cap to help save some money. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs a roof repair or replacement!

Rod, the president came out on quickly and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. As soon as the weather allowed (a day or two) he dispatched his team who did excellent work.

When ever I had questions or concerns Rod was available to talk and make sure everything was as it should be. When it is time to put a new roof on my home or if it needs any more repairs I know who I'm calling to do it.

Rod came out himself to assess our roof leak. Very fair pricing, extremely prompt and professional. We were very impressed with the results and with no pressure to replace the entire roof. Highly recommended by many neighbors.

Had Addicott Roofing install a solar attic fan earlier in August 2023. It's been hot here this week and we left town for 3 days leaving the A/C off. When we returned and walked thru the door it was a nice surprise how comfortable it was in house. Before the solar attic fan when it was so hot the A/C would need to run for a long while to cool down the house. The solar attic fan purchase and install went really smooth just like our new roof install from Addicott last year. Thank you Addicott Roofing.

Over the last 35 years I had 2 new roofs on my Edmonds home, a new roof on our home in Broadview, and just recently we had our two 2-car garages reroofed. Addicott installed my flat roof for my home. Let's be clear. Roofing my house SUCKED. Nearly every single peice of fascia had been rotted through, and several parts of the roofing overhang as well. The original flat roof was just 2 roofs poorly slapped on top of each other. I knew it, they knew it, we all had a miserable time.

Addicott fixed my roof professionally, affordablly, and had the rot removed replaced and roofed back together in only a few days. They are without a doubt one of the best roofing companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Kind of surprised by the couple negative reviews here, seems people are too quick to judge. Personally, the people I know that have used Addicott Roofing said they were the gold standard for the biz. Because of that, I recently hired them to for some repairs on my roof and they were darn quick, did a great job and had a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the north end.

My experience was better than great. I had them come out to inspect my old roof and give me their honest and professional opinion. We chose to go with them because of their class and honesty. Addicott Roofing kept me informed throughout the entire process and I currently recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or roof repair in general.
