Ken and Acuity did a remodel for us and we are still happy 3 years later. We bought a house here in AZ and we had acuity remodel our bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. When buying the house we almost gutted it and started over and Acuity did a fantastic job. When there were things to address Ken was easy to work with. Our end result was what we wished for and got from our contractor!

We used Aquity builders for 2 bathroom remodels. They were on top of every detail and willing to tackle any party of our tricky steam shower. They also helped me plan out the design for my dream bathroom. I highly recommend them!

Used Acuity for the rebuild of my home after the drain pipe in the kitchen burst. They were extremely helpful with the entire process, including helping us with upgrades in flooring and cabinets that were beyond what the insurance estimate paid for. Aaron ran our job and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call him back for our future projects.

My wife and I had a slab leak that required us to redo a bathroom, all the flooring in our home and new baseboards. We decided to paint and get new doors in the house while we were at it. It was a sad and stressful time dealing with a massive insurance claim while just one month into our marriage and being kicked out of our home temporarily. Ken and the Acuity team were so pleasant and helpful during the process. We can’t thank them enough for being the reason we could smile through such a rough stretch trying to piece our home back together! We learned a ton in the process and Ken was patient and honest with his thoughts and suggestions while always making himself available to us. Overall 10/10 experience!

We needed a water leaking problem addressed. We had acuity come to the rescue and they did. Ken talked to our insurance agent, then the worked began. The main drain was damaged below the kitchen floor so it was extensive. Then workmen were great and all went a lot better and faster than expected. Great company.

Acuity Builders did an outstanding job of rebuilding my shower in the Master Bedroom after the water damage. The project manager and the employees were very diligent, courteous and paid attention to detail while rebuilding the shower.

I had some work done to my house several years ago. Ken came by with the project manager. Ken was great and explained everything thoroughly. The project seemed to get delayed a little probably due to the pandemic. I had some issues with the project manager but I talked with Ken and he was helpful to resolve the issues.

We had Acuity take over a kitchen and bathroom project that was started by another construction company. The previous construction company hadn’t done anything in three months and within one week of contracting with Acuity they started work and were about 60% done within two weeks. They completed the work within a month and then we contracted with them to do phase 2, which was a bedrooms and living room remodel. That was also done with speed and efficiency. I highly recommend Acuity.

Acuity Builders overall did an excellent job with only a few hiccups along the way. Louie and his crew were timely and took care of problems and issues when they occurred. The kitchen that was flooded had to be completely torn out and then rebuilt after the repairs to the walls, ceiling & flooring were repaired. There were a few repairs that needed to be redone so I’m giving them a 4 1/2 star rating for almost being perfect. I would highly recommend Acuity Builders for any home improvements or insurance claims.

The demo and remaking of our kitchen cabinets we pretty good! Only issue was the boxes were made in the color birch when all the rest of the cabinet boxes were white. But overall great people to work with.

I was referred to Acuity from a friend after my house suffered major storm damage (and I found out that it came from pigeons under my solar panels).My insurance only covered a portion of it after they told me the underlayment was one year out of date. ACUITY took control and repaired and replaced everything correctly in a very timely manner.! They price was reasonable. I highly recommend them !

We had a very positive experience with Acuity Builders and Construction. We had major water damage on two floors of our house. We hired one company to do the water damage mitigation and then based on recommendations and interviews, we contracted with Acuity to do the restoration and along with some additional renovations. Gabby was very professional estimating this complex project and did a masterful job working with the insurance company adjuster to get the full estimate approved. To get this work done we then had to vacate our house and have a complete pack out and pack in. Ken Hawk managed the project and his estimate of 11 weeks to complete the project was spot on. Ken’s relationship to his reliable local suppliers, workmen, and subcontractors made this possible. We learned how critical timely two-way communication is in this process and Ken proved to be an excellent communicator. He was also exacting in the quality of the work being done. In his regular inspection walkthroughs with us he would note needed tweaks in the work and make sure these got done to his and our satisfaction. His cost estimates of additional work we wanted him to do were reasonable and he stood by his estimates. Ken has honored his two-year warranty on his work and has corrected two small issues promptly to our satisfaction. A year later we look back and consider ourselves very fortunate to have chosen Acuity. We strongly recommend them.

Omg where to start!! We had our drainage pipes replaced because they because it busted all threw out home !! Acuity builders was amazing!!! We had started with a different company with our kitchen, needless to say we didn’t let them go any further! We hired Acuity builders , what a difference between the two companies!! From start to finish , Gaby did our walk through and estimate, answered all questions and dealt with the insurance company!! Matthew was the foreman for a project . Him and his team did a beautiful job on our bedroom and bathroom ! We did some upgrades to our bathroom and our bedroom floor, Mattew gave me an estimate and stuck to it !!! Matthew was very communicated and answered all questions! After 6 months of being out of our home they came in took over like a⭐️ Boss ⭐️and got us home !!! Thank you so much !! We will be using them in the future!!

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!!

Very happy with the work that Acuity completed at our house. We had a roof leak that occurred due to a moved condensation line. This resulted in water damage to the interior. The owner Kenny and the Superintendent assigned to our project did a great job communicating throughout. Very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product looks better than it did before the damage.

Acuity Builders is doing some work on our church. Ken and his team have done a great job communicating and meeting the timelines they projected at the start. If an issue arises Ken is always willing to do what it takes to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone.

Acuity came out to look at my project, however they refuse to give any sort of estimate without a signed contract. Which was not disclosed at any point in time when scheduling or meeting. So not only does it seem suspicious that they won’t give me a price before locking me in, but clearly they don’t mind wasting both your time and theirs.
Clearly they are busy enough they don’t need the work, and could care less about potential customers.
Strongly do NOT recommend.

Acuity Builders did a fantastic job. They were able to fit within the expenses covered by my insurance and finish the work sooner than anticipated. They removed the old floors and baseboards, painted the house inside and out, put new floors in and had someone come and clean the entire house. My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he said"you need to call Ken Hawk".he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! Ken deserves the 5 Star rating. There were a few minor issues like every build goes through, but Ken made sure these were taken care of promptly. This is what a good company does. Highly recommend using them.

Ken Hawk and his team are amazing. They took the nightmare of needing a home restoration and turned it into an amazing remodel experience. My house never looked this good. I was very sceptical at the beginning because all the other 5 Star restoration companies wanted to just rebuild me the same house that I had before, but Ken totally had a vision for transforming my house, and he did just as he promised to do. I was really impressed. Ken's team is amazing to work with. I just need to give a shout out to one member of Ken's team: Saul. I would not trust another human being to do a very minor paint touch up above newly installed beautiful carpet, but I trusted Saul and fixed the minor issue like he always does to perfection. If I ever need another restoration job, Acuity Builders and Construction is the company I would call without a doubt. Thanks for everything Ken.

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

From my very first contact with Kenny, the owner I have been extremely impressed. He sticks to his timelines, he worked with the timeline limitations that I had, and he is very responsive.

We had an amazing experience with Kenny and his crew. Kenny was very attentive and communicated well in all aspects of our remodel. We replaced all flooring, filled in a sunken living room, replaced all doors and windows, as well as all baseboards, remodeled the master bathroom and kitchen and painted the inside and outside of our home, all in three months time. We highly recommend him!

I couldn’t be happier that we chose to work with Kenny at Acuity Builders. We had a big project/remodel after a flood and I never imagined my house would turn out this beautiful. The communication was hands down 5/5 stars. Kenny listened to what I wanted, never told me no and never tried to steer me in a direction that was just “so-so” just so that it would be easier for he and his team to complete in a timely fashion. We had a timeline, and it was met. His team is 100% reliable and dependable and they were all very friendly. Ken and his team did an INCREDIBLE job. They were so efficient, respectful and great to work with. Ken is an excellent communicator and the project was seamless. We had our entire home tiled, wall replaires/painted, an additional room added to our kitchen, partial bath remodel and a total kitchen remodel. Kenny and his team did a great job on a water damage restoration project at our house. Essentially our entire floor needed to be retiled after a major plumbing pipe issue. These guys are awesome. They came in, got right down to work, even stayed late one night, and got the floors replaced and drywall/painting done in 4 days. And they were the most professional, polite and hard-working individuals that I have ever seen in action. I will gladly use them again if I ever have a need for construction work. In February 2017, I discovered wet walls and carpet in the walk-in closet adjacent to the travertine stone tile shower in the master bath of the house I had recently purchased. My real estate agent recommend Acuity Builders as they had performed well for a client of hers. Ken Hawk and Matthew Garrett of Acuity Builders came to the house and determined that water was going through the through the stone tile and breaching all layers of waterproofing.

Matthew and Ken worked closely with us to rebuild from the water damage. The entire shower was torn down and rebuilt with new tile. From start to finish all services from selecting new materials to installation, cost and schedule performance exceeded my expectations and I would without reservation employ and recommend their company, Acuity Builders for home construction projects.

Our experience with Acuity Builders was the best I have ever had with a contractor. After the hail storm we learned that our roof and air conditioner were damaged and had to be replaced. I called multiple companies and went with Acuity because they were the least expensive but also the quickest to get back to me. Ken Hawk came and talked to my husband and me personally, answering our many questions with patience and professionalism. He walked us through what the insurance process entailed and then took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance directly! The workers he hired were clean, polite and courteous, leaving no mess behind like other roofing companies have done. When a minor problem came up many months after the work was completed I called Ken and he had someone there within a couple of days- problem fixed! Imagine getting this kind of quality workmanship and customer service from the lowest bidder! Companies like this DO exist! I can not recommend Acuity Builders and Construction strongly enough!

Acuity Builders painted our house. I am known to be pretty picky about quality workmanship. Not only did they do a great job, but they did a total clean up and you would not have even known they had been there. The best is for last. Acuity bidders were the low bidder... I love saving money
