I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin and his team to finish a basement that included framing, installing an egress window, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and tiling. The project encompassed a bedroom, laundry room, full bath, and storage room. Kevin also handled the county permitting process, which saved us a lot of time and energy.

From start to finish, Kevin’s communication was excellent. He kept me informed at every step of the process, which made the entire project run smoothly. The project was completed in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Kevin was very affordable, offering great value for the quality of work provided.

In terms of quality, I would rate the overall work a solid 9 out of 10. The flooring and tiling were particularly well done. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness, but these were addressed quickly and effectively.

I also greatly appreciated Kevin's recommendations on interior design concepts, which added a nice touch to the finished spaces.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the work done and would recommend Aceves Remodeling & Renovations for any similar projects.

Words cannot accurately describe the true disaster Kevin and his team walked into redoing our basement. From beginning to end, Kevin just smiled and made it work! He was so hands on the entire time, and everyone he worked with was amazing at what they were doing. We went from a dark pit of a basement, filled with mountains of old toys, to a spectacularly beautiful, open, light area. The new area is complete with a new bedroom, beautiful new bathroom, playroom for our son with shelves lining the walls for his Lego creations, and a lovely movie room. We literally couldn’t have asked for more. Moving everything to its place is still a work in progress on our end, but even at this stage, it’s more than we could have hoped for.

Kevin and his team really rescued us. We had other contractor, who left work unfinished but Kevin stepped up and get the work done for us quickly. He always is prompt on his responses. I highly recommend Aceves Remodeling.

We contracted Kevin and his team to install French doors. We wanted them to look like they were always there! And they do! They did an amazing job. We encountered some airflow problems after they were installed, but Kevin did not stop until the problem was solved. We now have beautiful French doors and no airflow problem. Kevin does cost a bit more than your normal handy man but it’s well worth the price. We will use Kevin for projects moving forward!!!

We learned quickly that Kevin of Aceves Remodeling is a professional. We called him for an estimate to redo porch and roofing. We chose him to quote from BBB website because he is local with A+ rating. He arrived promptly and did a thorough analysis. I then looked at pictures of his finished remodeling jobs on his website. They were all gorgeous and he has good reviews. So same day I called him again to see if by chance he could stop by and look at my recent shower door installation that I needed service and wasn’t getting from original installer. Kevin was in the area and arrived quickly. He fixed the door in 15 minutes, no charge! We look forward to seeing his design and estimate for the front porch work.

Kevin was very communicative and was able to give me a quote for a reasonable price and was able to go above and beyond expectations and got the job done quickly I would recommend him to anyone wanting clean work.

Kevin and his crew worked on my half bath project which got finished last week. Everything turned out beautifully. Love my new bath!
