After completing a pre-sale home inspection, we found out we needed our roof repaired and knee-wall supports put in place. We had a tight timeline... Out of the 4 contractors we called, Ace Services Wa LLC had responded promptly, sent someone over for an inspection/quote, and scheduled a service date before I even got a return phone call from anyone else. They were quick, professional, and provided quality service. I highly recommend Ace Services Wa LLC. for any home repair/contracting needs.

Ace Services did a fantastic job with our carport remodel at the Sunset Shores Condo Complex in Moses Lake, WA. It was a big job and George told me it would get done in a day and it did! Ace services stands by their word with quality work! Highly recommend for any construction project!

A total bathroom remodel I give them a D+. They did not pay attention to detail & many mistakes. Also, they did not show up on time. Unfortunately, it took three times longer than what they had promised.
Overall bad experience.... I’m sorry to say I will not use them again. Did not appreciate harassing texts when I asked Them to Please get the job done.

Ace Services were vary prompt with my request for service on my wind damaged roof in November 2019. Not only did they fix the problem but they found other potential problems with my aging roof. I just needed to last till spring when I planed to have the entire roof redone. The work for spring was pushed back to June 2020 do to covid restrictions. However, when I called them they immediately fit me in to the schedule. They were vary professional, friendly, clean and extremely helpful. They took the time to make sure every thing was right. George and Mark were vary helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns, even gave me a few tips when I offhandedly mentioned some my projects around the property. They are veteran friendly and I will defiantly enlist there services for some of my larger projects in the future. Thank you for everything!

Completed an exterior home painting project. Being fairly long distance from Ace Services (1-1/2 hour drive), worked out the details with George via email. Picking the right time to paint, Ace was very accommodating to our schedule. Once the crew, Jorge & Tony, arrived, essentially job site unseen, they quickly scoped out the magnitude of the project and hit the ground running. Of all things, a robin decided to build a nest underneath the upper deck structure, and of course in the way of painting. The crew took the situation serious and carefully moved the nest and replaced it when feasible. The momma robin must have sensed the caring nature of Jorge & Tony because she continued to tend to her young. Thank you Ace Services for hiring employee’s with outstanding skill, character, and professionalism.

Mark and Romeo did a great job repairing my roof. They showed up to provide an estimate the same morning that I called, and they had it all repaired by early afternoon. I appreciate the quick service especially since I wanted to get it repaired asap as rain was in the forecast. I did not want any more water damage to my bathroom ceiling! They are both very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. Thanks guys!

Arrived on time, performed previously discussed work taking care to contain any mess. Cleaned up when done. Can't ask for any more than that. I would hire them again as the work was done as expected. Were very pleasant as well.

Ace Services did a great job for a small appliance install project in our house. I contacted them, they quickly responded, made a home visit for an estimate, and came the next day to do the install. Ace has done work in our home and also rebuilt our front and back deck. They are beautiful. Mark and George were always professional even when being supervised by our puppy. We trusted them with the key to our home. We will call them again!

ACE SERVICES OWNER GEORGE AND HIS ASSISTANT HELPED US TODAY BY INSTALLING A NEW CEILING FAN WITH LIGHTS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB COMPLETING THE TASK, THEY WERE PERSONABLE, AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN NOT ONLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING DURING THE INSTALL BUT HOW WE COULD OPERATE AND CARE FOR THE NEW FAN AND ALL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

One month after installation of a brand new dishwasher the plumbing failed and backed up. The guys were friendly but constantly soliciting for more work and more money and kept increasing the charge of an already quoted job. Never using them again. They also showed up 2 times unplanned claiming we called wanting more work done and pressured their way in to look at things, probably to get more money.
