The attendant helped us find the product I was looking for, and was kind when doing so. However, when I went to checkout, it took 6-8 minutes to figure out that my coupon wouldn’t work because the product I was purchasing was ineligible, even though the coupon said any purchase over the dollar threshold.

The staff were super friendly, two guys, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. A red headed guy and a guy with brown hair and glasses. Both younger. Excellent staff. They were super nice and accommodating and helped me find exactly what I needed for an odd project. They deserve a raise!

Honestly I don’t have any complaints the place is clean and the workers straight up help you when you ask questions. Good stock of tools that you could use as well. Cashier was a younger gal and was super nice when I was checking out.

I love that Brigham Ace is locally owned and that they care so much about the community. The are constantly helping the community. I think their prices are fair too. Ace is always my first go to for any project.

Overall, very helpful staff. Clean and well organized store. It's more expensive than Walmart, or Lowes, but it's a locally owned franchise, and you get to talk with real people that know how to help you with whatever you're working on.

Highly recommend.

I wish I knew the lady that helped me. She met me at the door, guided me to the two items I needed, made suggestions and wished me a great day. In and out in ten minutes. Service I don't witness often enough anymore.

If they don't have it, they'll find a way to get at no extra charge. Plus, they have my favorite soda from my childhood in N.C and they order a case for me every month
