Chris did our home inspection for the house we'll be moving into in a few weeks, and we would highly recommend his services! I had a potential new dwelling inspected by Chris Sullivan, with Accu-Tech Solutions. Chris was an absolute delight. Unfortunately I was unable to join him during the inspection, but with the detailed report I got - it was like I was there walking through the inspection with him in real time. Due to my own lack of knowledge, I reached out to Chris for clarification on a couple of items. He happily walked through the entire report with me, step by step, patiently and calling out helpful details. The structure of the report is excellent - you can toggle between a "summary", which essentially calls out the flagged items, and the full report - mine was a whopping 130+ pages... FULL OF PICTURES. Everything was documented, some pictures even included helpful arrows to draw your attention to the specific location/item. The report also includes interactive 360° pictures, functioning very similarly to the "3-D Tour" feature some real estate listing's offer. Overall, 10/10, would highly recommend, and will continue using his services in the future.
