Ryan, Jesse and Shane did an amazing job taking care of my floors from my water heater breaking. They were very professional and extremely kind to my dogs which I appreciated very much. They were quick and efficient with what they were doing. They also went above and beyond their job!

We had a flooding situation our basement over Memorial Day weekend. I gave these guys a call. They were at our house this Saturday Memorial Day weekend doing everything they could to get it dried out. I called and they were at my house within two or three hours getting everything figured out. I couldn’t be more thankful because It made it where we didn’t have to worry about mold or other issues becoming a problem. Specifically, Ryan and Jesse were great. They were courteous, polite, and prompt. They even had to come back once to replace the dehumidifier. Again, I appreciate these guys and I highly recommend them if you have any flooding or water damage problems.

Thank you to Jesse & Ryan with Servpro. They came out today for mold remediation in my home and they were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process.

Servpro have been an excellent experience to work with since my washer flooded my bathroom. They've explained every step of the repair and restoration process and their workers are kind and helpful. Jesse and Maylen came by today to pick up equipment and were quick, professional, and even offered a second spray of antifungal and antibacterial along the floors as a 'just in case' measure.

Luke has been in charge of repairs at our house. I have been very pleased with everything he has done.
Maylin, Angelica, andHermenia came and packed up everything in my kitchen and were very nice and did a good job.
Danny and his crew came today to move everything out of the office and library downstairs. It only took an hour and I was shocked. Thought it would take much longer.
We have been very pleased with everyone so far.

Nate, Jesse and Shane did an amazing job getting the water, mold and wet carpet out of the basement. They were here 15 minutes after we called and were done by 4 pm the same day.

Several years ago, my dishwasher was leaking and damaged my floor and cabinets. I called Serve Pro, and they came out, dried my floors and put down laminate flooring. Now some of the flooring is coming up. I called them, someone came out to look at it and said it could be fixed if I had extra flooring left. I found a box, and I have been calling and texting them for the last month, but no response from anyone.

Mid February heavy rain amounts flooded our basement. Drew and his team were prompt and thorough on mitigating the problem and getting things dried out and put back together. He walked me through the process, answered my questions, and provided suggestions to put in place to reduce potential future issues. Insurance was not cooperative but Drew was tenacious in continuing to push them to get things resolved. Highly recommend but hope we never need them again!

ServPro has just completed work at my home for water damage during the storms on April 5th-7th. I called them in the midst of it and Drew Vail was at my home to assess the issues within 3 hours. The crew was there the next morning and removed the water, tore out damaged flooring throughout my house, etc. On day 3, when I returned t was already dry. The team has cleaned up all the dirt, drywall dust, etc.- which makes facing the damage and repairs a bit less overwhelming. Everyone I dealt with seemed to care about their work. I highly recommend them if you have a disaster to deal with in your home.

Phillip & his crew got to my house within a couple of hours after we found the water damage in our home, assessed everything, summarized what needed to be done, & went to work as soon as we agreed. Servpro came to assist our condo owners in the Tampa Bay Area after Hurricane Milton (from out of state). From the owner, Drew, to the manager, Robert, along with a superb crew, the whole experience, from start to finish, was top notch. Jeffrey and Loren did an amazing job when we had some water damage in our basement due to a sump pump leak, they were friendly, knowledgeable and performed the work quickly.

Servpro came in clutch when we needed them the most. A washer overfilled and ran into two rooms, into the living room and made its way through the hardwood into the garage, destroying the insulation, and dry way ceiling throughout the garage. New hardwood through the living room, dining/kitchen and hallway, new carpet insulation, new insulation with new dry wall and fresh paint everywhere. They didn’t cut corners. 10/10. Shout out to Robert Harvey, the project manager. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Answered phone call, texts message and several trips to bardstown Ky, 45 minutes away, to get samples for hardwood floors. Also shout out to his team Jon Harrigan, Greg Stidham, and Roger Thompson. All studs at what they do.

We called Friday after hours because of a flood. Within an hour of the call Nathan Miller was out and arranged for a crew to clean up the mess. They worked until 11:45pm. We were so happy we had Nathan arrange the repair to the drywall and paint.
We didn’t have to do anything. We will always be thankful for Nathan.

GREG AND JOHN ARE AMAZING WITH THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. This company stole and damaged my items.Allowed some people to pack my items without my knowledge. The person in charge would consistently when asked for any paper work that it would be e: mailed .(never happened) Then accused me for NOT PAYING FOR 10 MONTHS BEFORE FINDING THERE SO CALLED MISTAKE. And did some work that I have to redo or pay to have done.

We are extremely grateful for Servpro of Bullitt and N Nelson Counties! We experienced an awfully damaging pipe burst while out of town. Drew Vail and his team got right to work (even while we were still away). By the time we got home they were ready to start repairs! Our home is now all back together and even more beautiful than it was before. I’d like to thank Drew Vail, as well as Abbigail Watts. She came in with a crew, cleaned the whole house top to bottom and made sure everything was to my liking. They both(and their teams) went above and beyond. Thank you again Servpro Bullitt county!

After our condo flooded on Elsie ct we were in despair and disbelief that it could ever be back to normal. As soon as serv pro showed up they were professional and courteous and calmed us down and assured us they would get everything taken care of. Not only did they do that but they went above and beyond our expectations giving us the best experience someone could expect after a disaster. They were friendly and very quick to get the job completed. Not only did they bring the condo back to normal it looks exceptionally better than it did before. 100 out of 5 stars.

Our patio room had a leak on the floor that caused a mold problem ,we called Servpro and Robert got with us very soon .He had the mold problem taken care of very promptly then we discussed the underlying problem of where the water was coming from and that was resolved in a timely matter .
