The project manager Robert was on top of the details and was a pleasure to work with! He really worked hard on the cost for materials/labor at an acceptable rate! The whole team, including the roofers were great!

My mom just got cut off by one of the workers inside a work truck. 3 kids in the car and he almost hit us when he was merging out of turn and completely sped off after slamming his breaks. I wish I knew the license plate. Talk to your workers about respect. This older man needs it bad. Very dangerous and a bad representation of your company.

Best roofing company in the Louisville area. Our home got hit by the April tornado and they were there the next morning putting tarps out and helping secure things. Bruce and his team were exceptional in communication. We had insurance issues not wanting to cover some of the damage and Bruce met with several adjusters and continued to fight for us. I am so pleased with the new roof , gutters and fascia . House looks beautiful! Thank you for going the extra mile for us! Our neighbors used them too!

Wonderful experience with On Top. With the recent storms in KY, my insurance company changed my coverage this year without me being aware. Policies are long and complex and I’m sure I’m not the only who doesn’t read all 100 pages. They put a new cap on my roofing coverage that would have made me out of pocket 15K that would have been covered in years prior. Thanks to Derick and his team, they found a way to overcome that and get a full roof replacement covered. I can’t say enough great things about my experience and about the team over there.

Luke assisted us in getting a new roof and gutters on our lake home and garage after hail damage. He stayed in constant communications with us throughout the entire process and kept us up to date on when work would be completed. His team was very professional and got the work done in a timely manner and we were very happy with all the work done. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for work in the future.

My experience with Nathan and on top of it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with contractors. Nathan gave us a quote for a new roof that beat the other quotes by $2000 . I didn’t show him any of the other quotes. The roofing crew completed the roof ( it’s a 4000 sq ft home ) in 12 hours and when they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. I didn’t pick up one piece of stray trash. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. Ask for Nathan if you can, he’s the best!!!!

Luke and his team did a great job! This is the second large remodel they've done for me. They replaced the roof, siding, windows and deck. I was impressed with the great communication with everyone there informing me of every step in the process. I've already recommended them to several neighbors!

Luke and his team are solid and quick! They recently replaced the roof on our home that was damaged from a hail storm last year and they worked through the full insurance claim process. Luke was great to work with and his team was able to complete a full rip off and replacement in a single day! I asked Luke to send his team back out to double check for nails and he was quick to send the crews back out. We are happy with the final results. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

I had a roof leak that 2 companies had already worked and was still not fixed. I called On Top of It and Nathan came out to inspect the next day. They had a crew out within a week and repairs completed quickly and repairs look great. I definitely recommend giving them a call for any roofing needs.

We had a leak in our kitchen thst caused us to need an entirely new kitchen and some ceiling repairs in the basement back in Jan 2023. We reached out to Serv Pro/On Top of It Roofing and they showed up immediately for mitigation and dry out. They were very communicative with us and kept us informed throughout the entire process!! This is an excellent company to work with and and Jason Marcum did an outstanding job. I had storm damage from the March 3rd storm and hired an initial company to do the work. They left it unfinished. I got fed up and called “On Top of It.” Their communication was great. The completed the job in a week! Our home is new and the repairs match the our new home!!! I’m letting our insurance agency know so others can use them!

I cannot speak highly enough about Greg. He went so far above to leave my house in as good of shape that it could be after days of sanding. He wiped my floor and couch on his knees to get the dust off! He should be “the face of Servpro “ due to his gentle, kind professionalism!

Tristan and Max helped pick up a refrigerator from our home and deliver it. They were on time, polite, and efficient.

2023- I Have had emails and calls from them since I asked 2 weeks ago for them to come out and inspect my roof. They have said it would be done that afternoon or the next day, when they have called or email. I have yet to know or be told it has happened. I do not recommend.

Update for 2024- I asked this same company to come and look at my roof. As I am Looking into getting a new roof. I called the secretary, who took my information and said someone would be out. And that I would be contacted.

I sent a text message to the gentleman who had called me and said he would be out. In January 30. I got A text message back on January 30 (this was almost 2 weeks after I was Told they would initially be out). I asked If they could send pictures of what they find. I gave him my email address. (His name was Nate, who I had been speaking with). I was told Told “yes ma’am”.

I finally Text messaged on Feb 3, and informed I had Yet to get pictures. I was Sent several pictures through text messaging. I asked if I could Receive those though my email. I received The email Feb 7. With a roof estimate. I was sent a text message today, Feb 19 from Nate, and was asked if I had Contacted my insurance. I informed Him I had Another company come out, and gave me a price of $5000 less for a roof
Replacement. I did Tell him I would Be going with that company. He responded “good luck with that”.

Very unprofessional service, in many areas. I would Not recommend this company.

Jamie and Ashley were professional and friendly and cleaned up after the repairs thoroughly. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.

Called Nathan about needing a roof repair after the wind storm. I had used On Top of it Roofing for a new chimney cap and flashing replacement last year and was very satisfied. He came right out and gave us an estimate for replacing a small number of lost shingles. I had also spoke with another roofing company that was in the area. They informed me that I would need to replace the whole roof because the new shingles wouldn't match. Told me I should turn it into insurance. My roof isn't that old and I didn't feel like that would be the best route. Needless to say the new shingles are a perfect match and you can't tell there was ever a repair done at all. I appreciated the honesty from Nathan. Hope I don't need to but I would definitely use them again!

Where to start? We hired On top of it because we had a fire. Their crew tore up several priceless architectural elements of a house. The rubber roof they installed ran the wrong direction and flooded our kitchen. We were told we had to pay to replace the floor when it buckled. We were charged $200 for a worker to walk 5 medium window panes down one flight of stairs to our cellar. They took almost two years to do their work.They have a Servpro franchise and ever time an emergency job comes up you get put on the back burner. Buyer beware!!!
We waited four year to post this review because Ross is so shady we thought he would put a Lien on the property out of spite, even though we paid in full. Now that we sold our home we are posting the review.
That leaves the final blow. When we went to sell we found out Ross’s plumber cut through a major beam under the house and had to pay $3000 to have it fixed. Ross wouldn’t even return our phone calls about the beam.

If your home inspector tells you to call Nathan, get a second opinion or maybe a third. In my opinion Nathan was untrustworthy and unethical. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Be cautious!

To the owner….My husband and I tried to make you aware of the situation. We called multiple times and I even texted you yesterday. I’m very upset that you didn’t want to do the right thing and that Nathan gaslighted me to you. I just wanted you to come look at my roof yourself, but you were too busy. You acted like I was asking for you to give me a new roof, but I really just wished my roof was in the shape it was before it was “repaired .” I’ve had multiple roofing companies come out and say that y’all did more damage than good and using black shingles on a gray roof is unacceptable. How would you feel if someone did this to your home?

I'd like to start by saying we are very pleased with our kitchen remodel led by Robert Harley. I also want to thank Ross Schitter (owner) for his input and eye for detail and help throughout this process. I will mention the people that were always very professional but also friendly. Again, Robert Harley who was very good with communication with us from start to finish. Robert wanted my wife and I to be happy at all phases of the remodel. Our cabinets were by Dennisons Cabinets, Tom Dennison (owner) went above and beyond to make sure my wife received the cabinets she wanted. Tom's crew was Vanessa, Mark, John and Christian. Solid Concepts did our granite countertops and were very good and they look great. Floor was by Jake, he was meticulous with making sure the floor was done right. Clean up crew of Mary, Ashley and Jamie were outstanding in cleaning and making sure everything was cleaned and put back correctly. Jason, the do it all guy, hard worker and can really do it all and can do it right the first time. He treats what he's working on like its in his own home. Our overall review is definitely 5 star and we will recommend On Top of It Roofing and Construction

There was basement issues and Nathan came out and had team within days drywalling up and fixing the walls. Walls are ridiculously smooth like it was one whole piece from top to bottom and not half walls without insulation like before. Super efficient and fantastic work. Very professional and friendly. Will using again in future for my family for sure. Beautiful work.

Recently, we purchased a new home. Our inspection indicated some potential issues with the roof, and we contacted On Top Of It Roofing for an inspection. Nate came out, took a look around and outlined our options. Nate was willing to either bandaid the problems or fix for good with a new roof. We opted for the new roof and a week later, we had a new roof installed. Nate and his crew were communicative, professional and did what they said they would do. We are very pleased with our roof and would recommend On Top Of it Roofing to anyone.

I called yesterday for some roof damage from the storms the night before and Drew came by to check my damage within a few minutes. I was originally going to have him tarp it until he was able to work me into his schedule. But he said he could work me in first thing in the morning. Later that afternoon while I was a the grocery my husband called and said one of his workers showed up and fixed it on the spot. Same day service! I never thought I would have gotten so lucky to have been taken care of the same day! I know he had to have been busy with all the storm damage. I really appreciate prompt service! I have used the twice now and they are fantastic!

We built an addition for our parents to live with us during the chaos of COVID! I cannot say enough about how amazing the whole team at On Top Of It Roofing was. They did everything in their control to make this as smooth a process as they could. Our addition is absoluetly amazing and beautiful. They regularly gave input to enhance the look while always considering the cost. My parents literally cried with joy at the sight of where they would be living! AMAZING and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with On Top of It Roofing and Construction and the roof they did for me and my elderly in laws. I received my bid in a timely manner (which was significantly more affordable than the other bids I received) and Drew explained the products, quality of roof, and warranty information. His honesty and professionalism made me comfortable selecting them for the job.

When his crew arrived, they were professional, worked hard and quickly, and cleaned up nicely when the job was done. You do not find many good contractors that take the time to do the job right. They even pointed out flaws from the last roof and where things were not done correctly previously.
