From the beginning, they took the time to listen to my specific requests and addressed every detail. Their communication was fast, their workmanship was top-notch, and the project was completed faster than I had anticipated and to my full satisfaction. I recommend Academy Roofing to anyone looking for roofing services.

Professional and responsive company. They are friendly and have integrity. They installed new skylights and repaired a roof leak, also, inspected the roof.

In a sea of roofing companies, Academy stands out as an outfit that cares about quality and workmanship. I have several properties and I only trust these guys with my roofing. Pricing is fair (I always quote out the jobs and Academy’s pricing is reasonable). When problems come up, they stand by their product.

Unfortunately, we didn’t use them at first and we ended up with a leak from the previous roofing company who weren’t helpful at all in fixing it. Academy stepped up and fixed the leak and other issues that were found with true care and professionalism. I wanted to commend the crew on their professional behavior at our home. There was no shouting, the workers were treated fairly. I have seen other roofing companies and they treat their workers like servants or worse. The guys worked very hard and were quite thorough in their clean up every night. We will definitely be recommending Academy to our friends and neighbors.

Academy Roofing just finished our new roof and we can't praise them enough. We have had a few roofs replaced at our home of 52 years, and Academy is the best roofer we have ever had. Academy went above and beyond what they were required to do. They always showed up on time and always did quality work. We can't think of one negative thing to say about them. The supervisor of our job was Jeff and what a great person he is. He treated us like we were family and was so helpful in solving some technical problems we had. In the beginning he reviewed with us what was in the contract to make sure we were all in agreement about everything. He made sure his workers understood everything. We want to also praise Elena, the first contact we had to get a quote. She was more thorough in covering all the problems our home had from the hail damage than any other roofer. Academy Roofing replaced a 25 year old roof with a new one in September 2024. We could not have asked for a better install experience as they were proactive in scheduling and timely/professional in the installation. After completion they sent out a person who went around to make sure everything was done correctly and properly cleaned up. During the planning stage we got three bids, all of which came in within a few hundred dollars, not bad for a $17k job. Academy was booked for the coming two months while others were available immediately. Given lots of hail damage in the area you have to ask whether you really want to go with companies that apparently have few jobs in the pipeline. Why don't they...?

We are very pleased with our new impact resistant roof from Academy Roofing. The whole process was pretty seamless. Everyone from the estimator to the install crew were pleasant to deal with and very neat and professional. I gladly recommend this company.

I was so pleased when referred to Academy Roofing by a friend! Finding a great roofing company that does quality work and is reliable is difficult! Finding one that also works on tile roofs is even more difficult! I called eight roofing companies before finding Academy Roofing. Half of them didn't even return my phone calls, a few of them didn't work on tile roofs and one could help me, but in two months. Very disappointing and time consuming.

A squirrel and her baby made a hole in my roof and were hanging out in the attic. I had a wildlife removal company get them out but needed the hole repaired. Eloy from Academy Roofing came out and gave me an estimate. It was fixed within a few weeks of the estimate. They put a piece of metal over the hole, too, to make sure the squirrels could not get back in. The squirrels went up on the roof for a few weeks after, but thank goodness, no luck getting back in. I asked for pictures, so before and after pictures were provided, via email. Great experience with Academy Roofing!

Really great experience, thanks, Armando, JuliAn, and team! They replaced 30 roof tiles for us, provided a sample first to compare the color to our existing tiles, and it turned out great. So relieved we were able to get their help making a repair instead of a full replacement like many of our neighbors have been quoted by other companies. Academy Roofing replaced our old flat roof that had almost no slope and was starting to become a concern. They did an incredible job adding in a taper system, flashing and guttering the whole things. My journey with Academy Roofing started with the owner Curt Boyd actually coming to my home to review my situation. Not sure that happens all the time but it did for me. His honesty, candor, knowledge and sincerity was refreshing. Curt put me in touch with Tom C the director of sales. Tom was also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was time to get a quote and I reached out to 3 roofing companies including Academy. I'm not kidding I had to do a double take when I saw the quote because it truly was thousands I mean thousands below the other two roofers. I called Tom to make sure the quote included the entire roof and he assured me it did. I moved forward with a smile on my face. There was a little hiccup with communicating the arrival of the shingles but at the end of the day it worked out. Now for the execution of the bid and I have to share that Baudelio was on top of managing the crew and communicated constantly with me on what to expect. He's a winner. I believe Jeff oversaw the entire project and let me tell you whatever Academy is paying Jeff it isn't enough. I was concerned it was too cold for the shingles to go on in early January but Jeff communicated extensively that all will be good. When I texted Jeff about final inspection, the man came out the same day and did a thorough inspection assuring me no shingles are flying off anytime soon. If you happen to be in the market for a roof Academy Roofing is highly recommended. Finally this is not a paid endorsement just a happy customer who was concerned that a new roof installation was like a root canal.

I cannot say enough positive information on this wonderful company — from the first call, to guys coming out to check what needed to be fixed on my roof (& my skylights) to keeping me updated on my order, time they were hoping to come out to work on my house to the crew that was sent to do the work (3 guys, ALL amazing men, working thru bitter cold temperatures and doing a beautiful job) to the finished product. What more could anyone ask for — they are FABULOUS!

They showed up when they said they would and dii a great job. Went over and above what they need to, they took pictures of the issue with my phone. I would recommend them.

I first used Academy Roofing back in 2001 when they put the roof on my newly constructed house. There were no problems.They did a great job.
Fast-forward to yesterday. With all the rain in the last few days it was not surprising that water started pouring out of the bathroom vent fan. I disconnected the power and called Academy Roofing.I was answered immediately by an intelligent person. They sent out Jeff to evaluate the problems, which he did in about 3 minutes. He then pulled a latter from his truck, climbed on roof and fixed the problem in another 10 minutes. Because I was a former client: HE REFUSED TO BILL ME! I was so grateful, that I gave him all the cash in my wallet. Why deal with lesser service?

Our house is nearly a hundred years old and no one we had talked to previously could fabricate a convoluted downspout replacement that would not replicate the inherent design problem with debris removal. Academy took the time to inspect and discuss the problem and came up with a solution that involved a custom fabrication. They installed an effective temporary stopgap while fabricating the inventive solution in their shop.They even painted the finished product to match. And the price was entirely reasonable, IMHO. I would recommend Academy to anyone with a vintage home or in need of custom fabrication.

I'm writing this review from one roofing contractor to another roofing contractor. I want to let people know what a quality company Academy is. I had a problem the other day locating a roofing accessory for a low slope roof and I called up Curt, the owner and he helped me out, so I could finish up my roof repair the correct way. If I didn't own a roofing company and I needed a roof, I would call Academy Roofing. Thanks Again... Ray

Wow. I had a leaky chimney cap on a wooden structure, and I was unsure who to call for help. I left messages with a few chimney repair companies that seemed to focus on bricks and cleaning, but Academy answered the phone and sent an estimator out a few days after my call. I did not know to call what I needed a "chimney cap" until the person on the other end of the phone educated me. I'm glad he could work with words like "thingy." The sales process was good and very informative, but the guys they sent out were fantastic. I do not expect my little piece of creased sheet metal was a big project for the installers, but you wouldn't know it by their behavior. The installers made me feel like my chimney was all that mattered to them, and they worked diligently to finish the job with good quality. I could tell they were proud of their work, and I don't think I will need to call Academy again until my roof needs replaced. When I do need a roof in the future, I will not consider calling anyone else after this experience.

We were in the process of selling our home. inspection came in that the roof and shingles were losing granular integrity. We contacted the shingle manufacturer for warranty claim information and we were put in contact with Academy Roofing. From start to finish, they were so helpful patient and understanding that we needed the roof done in such a way that the new owners would be the new warranty owners. Hannah took call after call from me and was reassuring that it would be done the way it needed from paperwork to timing. She responded very promptly to emails that we sent, returned calls when she wasn't in the office, and when she was in the office, answered all my questions. Really made this as enjoyable process as it could be.
it continued down to the project managers Baudelio Castro and Daniel Ritter. Every morning, one of them were at our front door asking if we had any questions and keeping us updated on the progress and the timetable for completion. They were accommodating when we needed some help with getting our lawn mower on to the property by moving their equipment as well. I can't say enough good things about our experience. If I could, I would give 10 stars. Bravo Academy and Hannah, you are rock stars!

Great first time experience with Academy Roofing. We had wind damage to our roof from the winds on the day of the Marshall Fire. They came out sooner that promised to do the inspection and then were out sooner than promised to do the repair. The guys who did the work were very professional and the cost was definitely reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need roof work.

Academy’s professional expertise and experience was apparent from start to finish. Jeremy, Amy and Jeff were all friendly to work with and conscientious in their roles. We found them to be trustworthy in their representations, particularly in working around difficulties such as insurance claims, bad weather, scheduling and product selections.
