I had to put a claim in for hail damage on my roof. John was recommended to me and he was phenomenal. He found hail damage on my paint and worked with my insurance after the adjuster said there was no hail damage to the paint. Got the roof and paint approved. His communication and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend him. My first experience ever with an insurance claim for hail damage and John was there the whole way through. My timeline was tight as we were listing our house for sale… he came through and got everything done in perfect time. Thanks John!

Have had a wonderful experience w/ John Wood at Abraham Benson Roofing. I’m, fortunately, fairly inexperienced w/ having to replace my roof through insurance and he has led me through every single step. Also needed gutters, windows, window screens, etc. replaced b/c of a huge hailstorm. He’s extremely responsive, knows his stuff, is on top of it all, and clearly cares about me and my family’s situation. I had a hail storm hit my house while I was on vacation. I called Abraham Benson from recommendations online. John answered and I told him I was out of town and asked if he could take a look. The next day he was at my house on my roof checking for damage. With plenty of damage on my roof I needed to file a claim. John helped every step of the way and had the new roof done in less than a day once we scheduled the day. When they completed the roof I did not find one piece of trash in or around my house (I checked for nails) Insurance was a pain to deal with but with johns help and attention to detail, he got me thru the process. Got a new roof and now a better friend. If you need a anything roof related. Give Abraham Benson a call and talk to John. I guarantee he will treat you like family.

John and his crew are amazing! We had an extremely difficult experience with our insurance. John met at the house 4+ times to meet different levels of inspectors and engineers to help work with us and the insurance company to make sure that we received the coverages we were paying for with our insurance related to the damages that were properly documented. John walked us through each step of the process from start to finish. The new roof looks amazing! The crews were clean, on time, and didn’t leave a trace they were there, other than a burial new roof! Would absolutely recommend them in the future! Even if you’re not sure, just reach out and they’ll come do an inspection, and educate you on everything they see.

We had to fight our insurance company to get our roof covered. John and his crew were so helpful in getting it covered. They were so knowledgeable about what was specific damage and what was wear and tear. The day they installed they were efficient and did a great job on the roof and making sure they cleaned up after. It was such an amazing experience to work with them! I can’t recommend them enough!

John and his team made the claim process much easier to manage. Initial claim payment was far below what actual damage the hail had caused. His team worked with the insurance company to cover all the repairs and supplement the payment.

Had the absolute pleasure to work with Wes (who was recommended from a neighbor) after my roof was damaged last year. The entire process Wes has been super supportive, proactive, and helpful. Ended up getting the roof replaced, and he even foind prior damage from the last time it was replaced from a bad Contractor. This was retroactively corrected, and worked with the Insurance Company to make it right. Side note they even moved all my patio furniture away from the house to keep them from being damaged, and than moved them all back. Wes/Team also corrected and water shielded another part of my overhang that needed it. I can't thank you enough for all your amazing work, and I highly recommend Wes/Team if you need Roofing Repairs/Replacements. I will be recommending others to you moving forward personally as well.

Got my roof done in 2023 after a hail storm wiped out countless rooftops in the area. He was recommended to me, by a neighbor. Wes made sure he was at my house, when the insurance assessor came to assess the damages. It was a great suggestion , to have an "advocate" there, with the assessor. Wes made the process as simple as possible and worked with me in the modifications I made to my roof (had things removed, to maximize room for future solar panels). He gave me a discount, too, since I also got my adjacent neighbor to get her roof done at the same time (saving travel and hassle for Wes, while doubling the job orders). I tried getting other neighbors to go in, at the same time, but they're mostly rentals, sigh. Would happily recommend Wes to anyone looking for a roofer. Not many photos to post, lol, it's a roof, like any other roof. :)

After another contractor came in and did most of the work without doing proper paperwork with the city and obtaining permits, Wes graciously came to my rescue to help me get the work verified and complete the paperwork and process even though he didn’t get the job after initial bid after having done amazing work on our gutters. Unlike my previous experience Wes was straightforward, honest, and didn’t sugarcoat the situation to try and make a quick buck off of me. He charged a fair price for his services, did whatever he could to help me out of the jam I was in, successfully navigated a difficult situation, and I can’t recommend him higher. He’s also done amazing work on two neighbors and is scheduled to do a 3rd shortly.

THE TOTAL REVIEW: We incurred terrible hail damage to our roof from a huge storm back in July 2022. What we weren’t expecting was the miserable storm of roofing companies that took over our neighborhood immediately afterwards knocking on everyone’s doors. How is someone to find a truly reputable company amongst that chaos? Thankfully, it was rather easy the minute we spoke with Wes from Abraham Benson Roofing (and we spoke with several other companies overall).

From the minute he introduced himself to our last interaction, Wes has more than “checked all the boxes”, he treats you like a life-long friend of the family’s. That just doesn’t exist anymore. As for the quality of the job and having seen so many other companies install roofs on houses in our neighborhood, it was a night and day difference. Material was delivered when Wes said it would be and unlike so many other companies, arrived before work began.

As for the roofers, SOLID team that worked like a machine with only one break for a late lunch (mind you this was still summer temperatures). Their attention to detail when it came time to clean up was a sight all itself. But, who was the last one out there walking every square foot of our property to ensure all debris was picked up so that our dogs wouldn’t get injured? Wes.

These guys redecked and reroofed our new home purchase in the winter - they were referred to us by our realtor and we didn't even know the business name because we just were put in contact with John right away. He and his guys were able to do the entire job for our house and detached garage in I think a day and it's definitely the best looking part of the house, still! Would absolutely recommend - super responsive and easiest contractor we worked with the entire process (and we've worked with every single trade at this point).
