Hired these guys end of May to repair and seal coat driveway, power wash house, rework our patio to look new, and install new walk way. It’s July 20 and work is still not completed. They said would take 4 days and rushed the work to do so even when rain wash scheduled which caused many problems. In their contract it says you pay only when work is completed and to your satisfaction however they will tell you it’s done before it is and push you to pay which my husband foolishly did. They do sloppy work and are far from skilled. House is still dirty and faux stucco was damaged from the cleaning. It poured couple ours after sealing driveway so looks like crap and cracks were not filled as stated in contract . When I asked James to repair this he wanted more money and refused to seal again . Said he would rather not get payed for it. He denies all the promises he makes to get the job. Patio is destroyed as he we have organic blue stone and said he need to remove old stones to replace broken one and would then replace those with new ones that are shinier and would be under a hot tub (not a permanent one). However instead of replacing just whole stones he cut a square area out , damaging surrounding stones and replaced with squares when we have no straight edges in any of our stones. When I asked them to take out and at least chives edges so looks more natural they said ok. But then when husband was running out of house next day to work they confronted him and asked if ok to just cut lines into triages he said ok not understanding what he meant. Mind you they promised patio would look like a brand new $50k patio. Then did a new walk way but started sealing right before it down poured when they had been calling for a storm. The sealer gunked up and looked horrible . Rest of job wasn’t sealed . After multiple appointments where they didn’t show up , they evenly came back to remove damaged stones. Then we wait again after many calls and they seal patio and walkway but they watered material so much it didn’t stick. Now we make may calls for them to come back and when they do finally show up they run out of sealer half way through. We are still waiting for them to finish the job. Half of our summer was wasted not being able to enjoy our outdoors and a ton of aggravation. Don’t believe the fake reviews. These guys have no idea what they are doing. They promise you the world but don’t have skilled workers and don’t follow through on promises. Once they have your money it’s an even bigger nightmare. They guarantee their work but if you can’t get them to even finish and do what they say what good is that warranty?

UPDATE: After I posted the above review, James called my husband and said “now that we left a bad review our warranty is void!” Since when does an honest review void a warranty? lol This is the type of business they are. When I spoke being we were on speaker he said “I’m speaking to Mike, women shouldn’t speak!” WOW . Don’t walk, run away from this company.
