I am a little late in posting this. in March of 2025, ABG renovated our third level deck and support system.

ABG and Brother Contractors is the real deal. Communication is top notch and very responsive. Any questions we had, changes we requested, and any concerns we had were addressed within hours if not minutes. Joel is great! From bidding and rebidding our project, to his daily on site visits, usually twice a day, if he wasn't working with his crew, was outstanding.

One of ABG's references from a prominent custom builder in Bethany Beach, sealed the deal and made me extremely comfortable that ABG's work would be high quality and more importantly, the job would be completed with honesty and integrity.

From start to finish the job went smoothly. The site was cleaned up as much as possible after each work day. There were no surprises at the end. We are very happy with the finished product and our decision to use ABG and Brother Contractors.

Cinthia was a big part of this project. She is in the office and provided fantastic communication and follow up via email. She made sure I new what was happening and when. She handled the final contract and the changes we made once the job started.

We will be using them again in the near future.

Scope of work.
Demolition of third level deck over existing living area. Approximately 30' x 14' with 70' of double sided cedar 1/2 wall.
Install a new EPDM surface, floating skis, Timber-Tech PVC decking, new double sided cedar wall system, new post support system on new footings, cosmetic repairs, and a new outswing door on a different level of our house.

Do not hire this company!!!! They may come in at the lowest bid but they do not honor their warranty. Other reasons not to hire them are: They arrive late or don't show up as scheduled or they'll keep rescheduling and still don't show up without even calling you to let you know. What they built started falling apart almost immediately and they give lots of excuses why they couldn't fix the problem. Leaving us with a broken leaky mess. Now we'll have to get a lawyer
