We had seen a booth for gutters at the home and garden show so we booked a free estimate. It was a fair price and matched what we had seen around the city.

When I called to schedule the installation, the person was at a doctor's appointment with her child and said she'd have to call back to schedule.

She never called to schedule. People randomly showed up at our house and started to install the gutters, whether someone was home or not, with no payment in place!

Only then did the lady call me back and say, "Well you wanted this week right." Like it was no big deal. Absolutely unprofessional.

Thank god they look nice. Only time will tell if the work is decent and without leaks/issues.

So word to the wise, they do not communicate clearly at all.

Called and scheduled an estimate appointment 2 weeks out, called a week prior to confirm my appointment and still had a no show on day they were scheduled. I called left a message about 20 minutes to closing and gave them until 1130 the next day. I ended up calling, spoke to the owner and explained the circumstances. He never apologized or seemed too overly concerned but said he’d look into it. Since he’s the owner and I spoke to him directly you think he’d be the person to call me back but he didn't he had one of his employees call instead. She was very nice only doing what she was told to do. The reason they didn’t show “miscommunication”. Needless to say, due to the owners poor attitude and lack of concern I didn’t hire them for the job. Would not recommend due to the lack of leadership, poor time management skills and apparent lack of communication.

I have called them and left my information 2 times and still have not heard from them. Every time I call during business hours, and still nothing. Either too busy, or something I guess. Needed to get my gutters looked at, guess I am going to use someone else than answers the phone.
