SAM Painting and Construction

SAM Painting and Construction reroofed my shed and did a couple more handyman things around my house. Everything they did was above and beyond expectation. Pat, Tom, and the crew all showed up promptly on time and worked very professionally. They did all the necessary prep work and the finish product was done way above par. When I got the bill it was considerably less than what I expected for all the work they did. I highly recommend SAM for all your remodel, painting and roofing needs.

Don finished in relatively quick time frame considering the large basement. His knowledge about construction is good, he found a work around for my foundation with
assistance from a local engineer to use a support wall, rather than my worst fear, assuming the foundation needed to be dug out. The finished wall is 10 times better than looking at foam form. Some spots of the paint and tape appeared rushed. I have minor bubbled tape, not fully covered widow well paint with painters tape still in the corners and gobs of caulking on some corners of the walls. Pictures speak for themselves.
