Reached out to ABC Roofing and Exteriors after the March hail storm. They sent rep Jake out within days of phone call. Jake looked over roof and determined that I indeed had damage. I filed insurance claim and Jake was present when Insurance adjuster came, which made me feel very comfortable, he also helped me to review insurance estimate which helped me identified that they forgot to include my windows. I also needed work done on a patio enclosure that was leaking. This company is very reliable, efficient and trustworthy and knowledgeable. They worked fast in installing new roof and repairing enclosure. Jake made a process that can be exhausting, fearful and challenging, completely smooth sailing. With his experience with Insurance company and his knowledge of roofing, I now have a beautiful roof and non leaking enclosure and new found confidence in this industry. I recently got ABC to replace the roof on my house. I needed new shingles and flashing and gutters. The team did a great job, the foreman onsite was super friendly and helpful, the team was great, they were super respectful of my place. I'm really pleased with all the work and they were very responsive to all my questions. They replaced a bunch of soffits that needed to be replaced for free which was really nice of them. The flashing work was A+. They cleaned up after themselves super well. Would recommend.

I contacted this company for assessment of my roof. They came out within days of the initial contact, found the issue and fixed it! Also gave me a very reasonable price for it all! Jake was my go-to and he was awesome! His sneakers were dope too

ABC Roofing did a big job for me of construcing a new pitched roof over the original flat roof of an addition on my house, which was giving me repeated trouble -- I first used them to repair a leak on the flat roof after a different company I used earlier completely vanished. I have been very pleased with everything about them. They came out very fast when I was having trouble, have been good communicators, got me on the schedule for the roof build very fast, and completed the work more quickly than promised. Josh and Jake were great to work with and the actual construction crew were very diligent, working until dark and cleaning up well. Everything seems to have been done in a skilled and careful way. I definitely plan to contact them again for future needs. After seeing another company disappear, it's also reassuring to me that ABC has been in business for a long time.

After ABC Roofing installed new gutters, upon closer inspection, several concerning issues emerged. Despite everything appearing satisfactory from ground level, closer scrutiny revealed multiple shingles with 5-inch tears and instances of nail holes or nails directly hammered into the shingles. Additionally, they failed to properly remove existing gutter guards, leaving sharp metal edges exposed. Moreover, a section of the installation lacked proper slope, resulting in inadequate drainage. Notably, these damages were not visible from ground level, meaning someone unable to access the roof initially would have been unaware. This experience was disappointing, especially as it seemed they attempted to conceal the issues initially. However, after persistent attempts to reach out, they eventually addressed the problems following multiple calls and emails.

Absolutely the best quality and customer service you could ask for! Their entire team went out of their way to accommodate all of my needs and to makes things as easy and stress free on me as possible! Can’t say enough positive things! Always been overly pleased with their work and will continue to use them in the future!

Enjoyed working with this company! Needed patio roof repaired from water damage. An appointment was made to survey the damage and repair the roof. They returned on time and was very professional. Completed the work in one day. Left the work area very clean and did a great job. Would definitely use them again!

When the insurance adjuster scheduled his inspection on a weekend, John Quinn answered my text and came too. As a result, insurance covered damage to my deck too that would likely have been overlooked.

Anthony Phohl was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns. He also went through the whole process of the roof installation and explained the materials that would be used. John Quinn also came out to make sure we had all the right materials. Enjoyed working with this company. I had a broken gutter issue and was previously quoted by another company. This other company gave me the runaround and charged me double what ABC quoted me. Meghan was very punctual and attentive. She came out within hours of me requesting a quote and got the roofers out there within 2 days to replace the broken gutter and install new ones. She called several times to make sure I was up to speed on the status and to ensure I didn't have any questions.

We called for an estimate and we were advised that it would be some time next week. I advised that I would have to send someone out to make sure they were able to get in and so they decided to send someone on "Monday" but not a specific time. After spending most of the day waiting on Monday, no one ever showed up or even bothered to call. Very poor way to do business.
