I don't often write reviews, but AAG - Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, WA deserved this one because they fixed our gas fireplace and chimney, cleaned the ducts and dryer vent, installed attic insulation, and even fixed a mouse problem. All of the crew members were courteous and very knowledgeable, and they showed respect for our house, wore boot covers, and cleaned up after themselves. Their roofing crew fixed a small leak in one visit, making it feel like we hired a whole home improvement team at once. Their pricing was clear and honest, with no unpleasant surprises, and we're amazed by the quality of service. Five stars overall.

When I realized that the airflow was poor and there were unexplainable odors throughout the house, I called AAG – Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co,WA. Nathaniel did a thorough inspection of the attic and found mold and dust build-up. They performed a complete attic clean out and mold removal. The crew further sealed leaks, improved the ventilation and sealing, and added spray foam insulation. The project helped the heating and cooling systems to work more efficiently. The attic maintenance plan they offer would be ideal for long-term maintenance of the attic space. The crew was nice, on-time, and professional throughout the process. We are very happy with the outcome. Thank you AAG Company for a cleaner and healthier attic space!

Service questions

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
