Today Dustin and Mike replaced a hinged exterior door in the back of my house with a sliding glass door. Our experience could not have been any better! We used Northwest Home Improvements LLC for a new deck build in Poulsbo. We’re very thankful for Dustin and his cousin who did this project along with a door frame replacement in 4 quick days. We stained the rail guards ourselves, but the deck is beautiful and sturdy. Dustin was highly responsive and even started the project earlier than expected. He was clean, kind, and knowledgeable about the craft. I’d definitely recommend to other friends and have already shared his business card with a few folks.

We desperately needed our back deck replaced as it was beginning to fall apart. Dusten was responsive and communicated with us the entire time, from getting the estimate to ordering and coordinating when they were coming out. They did an amazing job, the deck looks amazing, they even did a great job customizing the railing to match another part of the job that was staying up. Absolutely recommended and would call them again for jobs in the future!

We hired Dustin to replace several crusty old basement windows along with the interior trim. From the initial quote inquiry to the installation, he communcated consistently and was on time. Our windows look great, and everything was left clean. We got several quotes for this job which varied a little in price range, but Dustin seemed the most reliable. Dustin and crew worked on several projects for us including replacing 21 windows and a glass door, building and staining wooden steps to replace rotting steps, re-staining a porch and deck, and cleaning our roof and gutters. He did a terrific job, was professional and reliable, and the work was fair-priced. We will not hesitate to hire him again!

Dustin showed up to our problem situation with creative and cost-saving solutions that worked. We had a rat infestation in our shed, and Dustin figured out the most efficient ways to discourage rat reentry, clean up the mess, fix the damage, and get our stuff back in the shed quickly so we wouldn't have to keep paying for rented storage boxes. He then also did a superb job tiling backsplashes in our kitchen and bathroom and figuring out the best way to handle a water-damaged window sill. Our storage shed is now clean and dry and our kitchen and bathroom look great.
