Integrity Roofing removed my old shingle roof and installed a new one. The project manager (Chuy) and the foreman (Jose) were both great! The crew were professional and fast. They completed the job in 2 days, and took care to clean up at the end of each day. I'm very happy with the quality of the new roof that was installed, and the care they took on my property. Moreover, the job was started and completed on schedule, communication was good, and the work done met all expectations, completing all items in the work order. After 25 years our deck surface needed replacement. We contacted Integrity Roofing for a quote. From the first contact we found the company to professional, helpful, and friendly. The job has just been completed, and “Wow “, are we happy with the results. The two workmen tasked with doing the work, Mauricio and Jose, were fantastic. They are not only competent installers, they are true craftsmen. They would not compromise the job they provided. The job oversight provided by Jaecen was thorough but not intrusive. Considering the scope of the job, the deck was completed in a very timely manner. From start (estimate/consultation) to finish - a professional job!

Just had Integrity Roofing and Construction install a new roof on my home. The office staff, workers and appearance of my new roof far exceeded my expectations. The crew worked extremely hard and stayed with the project non-stop until all was completed. Our project manager, Chuy Marcial, was superb and cared so much about excellence and communication with me. He always immediately dealt with any concern I had. Integrity's price for the project was exceptionally fair. So now they are going to roof my carport as well. Can't say enough good things about them. Everyone on the entire project from the office staff to the workers were extremely caring and really give the company an A+ in all aspects.

After living in my little house over twenty years it became apparent that I was in need of a new asphalt shingle roof, I was beginning to see wind damage and a few loose shingles. I also had a fair amount of rotted trim siding requiring replacement. I reached out to Integrity Roofing sales rep Nick Dickenson and after discussion he offered me a competitive bid. Next I talked to project manager Chuy Marcial about details and a start date was worked out. A crew of ten arrived with Javier as the job site foreman and I was kept apprised of the project’s developments the entire time. The new roof looks great, matches the paint on my house much better and as these projects go this was a pretty good experience from start to finish. They nearly finished in one day and cleaned up the yard and debris around the house. I made a great choice.

Their driver must have had the wrong address and pulled into our driveway. On the way out he ran into two of our trees, snapping branches and running over a flower bush. Never once got out to look or anything. Then he came back a couple minutes later and pulled into my neighbor's driveway, again with the wrong address. He proceeded to drive into his lawn, leaving runs and conpletely ran over his flower bush and hitting one of his trees as well. Again, never stopped. Just sped off. Absolutely ridiculous. Caught it all on video.

In addition, he takes the time to answer all my questions. When he inspects the roof, he takes several pictures and then he's able to show me what's going on when he gets off the roof. Integrity Roofing recently installed an asphalt shingle roof on our 1927 home, two-car garage and 350 sq ft workshop. They corrected many problems from the previous roof's poor installation. Their bid was the lowest of five that I obtained and I am very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail.

Excellent experience!

Estimate – Peter created and delivered an accurate and detailed estimate. We received the estimate/contract to review within hours of him visiting our home.

Pre-Construction Meeting – Luis scheduled a visit to go over all the details of the project, set expectations and understand any concerns we had.

Materials Delivery – Our roof was loaded with materials the day before the project. Shingle supplier took care to not damage yard/driveway/house with their equipment

Project Day – Juan’s crew was on time and got right to work. This was a 1 day job in April. They worked diligently all day tearing off the old shingles, installing underlayment, flashing metal and shingles. We needed some plywood replaced on the roof deck and Luis was very transparent in speaking to this change to our estimate including showing photos taken from the roof and explaining the need for this additional cost. This is a VERY MESSY process but the crew did an outstanding job protecting our home and cleaning up in the waning hours of daylight. Juan checked in before leaving to make sure that we didn’t have any concerns about anything. Luis also followed up with an email that contained a link to all the photos taken on the day of the project in case we had any questions. Again, appreciate the total transparency.

Gutter Installation – This occurred the following week. Crew was on time and finished in 1 day

Post Construction QC Meeting – Luis scheduled a final visit to perform a very thorough inspection of the work that was completed, addressing our (minor) concerns and arranging for resolution.

Communication – Luis was in constant contact with us from the time the deposit was made through resolution of punch list items. Grade A communication throughout. Bella was also very helpful answering questions we had when stopping by the office.

Antonio did a great job with redoing the entire roof, providing suggestions to what they think was best and addressing any concerns I had throughout the process.

We needed some downspout inspection and repair. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Pete Updegrove came and was very friendly, courteous and very quickly made an assessment that repairs were minor and made the repairs within minutes. Pete was so honest about what was needed and made all repairs without charge. Pete also told us about all of the services integrity provides which encompass much more than just installing roofs and gutters. I would highly recommend integrity for all service needs!

Integrity did an outstanding job in all aspects of having our roof replaced, from the initial estimate to the site survey, through the actual installation.

John did a thorough job on the estimate by looking in our attic and having a drone take close-up pictures of our roof from all angles. He worked with us on the price as long as we were flexible with the start date.

The best aspect of the install was the outstanding, real-time communication we received from Alex, the Project Manager. Alex took video as he walked around our property explained how his crew would protect our house and adjacent landscaping plants and also altered his schedule so that he could meet with us in person to explain the entire project and answer our questions. He communicated with us via phone and text throughout the process and was on-site before his crew started work and many times throughout the day to update us on their progress.

We didn't speak with Armando the Crew Lead, but were impressed by the expertise his installers had and the outstanding way they worked together as a team. They quickly set-up safety barriers when they first arrived along with a 'catch-all' system to catch the old shingles while protecting our plants. They were extremely cognizant of the weather and worked furiously to finish the roof before the rain and wind moved in. They finished the job in one day without compromising quality. They policed the area and collected all debris before leaving.

Again, Integrity did a great job from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough. Having the roof replaced was expensive, but their cost was very competitive, and their quality is outstanding. A company who takes pride in their work and will protect your valuable investment.

The craftsmanship on both jobs Integrity has worked on now (ranging from roofing to framing to window/door installs) was impeccable, couldn’t be happier with both interactions and outcome!

They sent photos as work progressed, responded to & addressed my concerns … always returning my calls within minutes. They explained the roofing repair stages & when the roof revealed unforeseen damage underneath the singles within an hour Alex sent
photos of the damage & gave a revised estimate & the extended time would be needed to repair the damage.
Alex Gomez even painted a small area behind 2 of my old gutter downspouts that I needed done before the new ones could be attached.
The Foreman, Armando & his workers lifted garden pots & items out of harms way, asked where to put the dumpster & park all the trucks! Overall they were respectful of my home & landscaping.

The entire process of getting a new roof was a very smooth transaction and Aaron was my point of contact from beginning to end. Aaron was not slick & pushy but simply laid out the facts. Last fall, we hired Integrity Roofing & Construction to replace our old roof and update the roofline on part of our house. The difference is incredible! My experience was fast easy and professional.
The estimator, Nick Dickenson, arrived on time; went into my attic space with a camera and took picture of all the age and water damage he observed, then he went outside on the roof and made more observations of everything he saw. Nick then took the time to clearly explain (with photos) everything that needed to be done to fix my roof. He had pamphlets and pictures of all the products they would use to replace my roof and explained the time needed to complete the job and how to move foreward.
The project manager, Alex Gomez, contacted me before the crew arrived, and came to my house every morning and afternoon to check on the progress of the job. Every time he was here he let me know how everything was moving along, and he let me know when the job was finished.
The foreman kept the crew working and the job was done on time (2 days). And, very impressive was how clean he and the crew left my property.

Overall it was a good experience. John Anderson, estimator, was great to work with as was Armando, crew leader. It was good that I spoke basic Spanish as the crew did not speak English, and there was some confusion as to the scope of the project, which was resolved. The quality of the work looks very good and it was done in a timely manner.

We have used Integrity Roofing & Construction for many years and recently hired them to rebuild some approx. 8 large decks for The Quay Apartment Community in downtown Bainrbidge Island. They not only completed this project in a timely manner, but all the employees showed up with on-time, kept work area clean, we did not hear from tenant's complaints of loud music or smoking on site which happens far too often with contractors. I needed my in-built gutters replaced, and there were other issues with my roof that other contractors didn't want to deal with. I had a great experience with this company, from the guy who assessed the problem, to the work crew led by Miguel, to Luis (the project manager). There was one downspout that hadn't been replaced and they came back out to fix it, which I appreciate. They even cleaned up better than most crews I've worked with in the past.

This is an excellent company that I would recommend to anyone with a roof needing to be replaced. When the weather was sketchy during November they had no problem rescheduling. All initial correspondence was immediate & personal, emails and cell calls responded to within the day. I wanted professional which INTEGRITY delivered in all aspects of this project. When it became apparent that our home needed a new roof, we talked with three well-known roofing companies and spent a good amount of time reading customer reviews. Each of the three roofing companies that we contacted sent out a representative to examine the roof and provide an estimate of total costs. At the conclusion of this process, it was an easy decision. We choose to give the job to Poulsbo-headquartered Integrity Roofing.

The new roof has been installed. We deeply appreciate the quality of the work and attention to detail including protecting our landscaping, plantings, and the effort to scrub the site thoroughly to remove all debris.

It is apparent that Integrity Roofing is well-managed and staffed by skilled workers who take pride in their work.

We'd like to pay special tribute to Kes Anderson, the estimator who spent a considerable amount of time examining our roof and who provided accurate information about costs. In addition, the project manager, Alex Gomez, was available every day to inspect and supervise the overall effort. The on-site foreman, Armondo, provided a constant link to the work being done and responded to any concerns we expressed during the three days the crew was installing the roofing. Finally, the crew members themselves were amazingly energetic and committed to giving us a result that exceeded our expectations.

The job was completed on time and on budget. But, best of all, the work product is excellent.

Integrity has done a couple of large projects for us. The last one was to redo the lid for our Trellis. Connor and Taylor did an excellent job on this project. All the work done by them brought the trellis back to its functional and original state. A job well done in extremely cold and short days. Thank you guys!

We hired Integrity to do a full roof replacement. From quote to finish, there was clear, fast communication about what to expect. I never had to wait more than a day for an email reply. They arrived on time and the job was done quickly.

A few days after the job was completed, I kept hearing a noise that I was concerned about. I contacted our project manager, Alex Gomez, and he and Armando the foreman came out the next day (on a Sunday!) to investigate it (all ended up being fine). I was so grateful to have them respond so quickly and put my mind at ease.

Alex was fantastic to work with and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was done well. I highly recommend Integrity.

Crew showed up on time and worked solidly until after dark. The new roof looks better than the original.

Within thirty minutes of writing this review the owner contacted me. He was very sorry for the lack of communication and he educated his employees of the problems to hopefully stop this from happening again. He is fixing other concerns and also compensated us for our plight. The product was never a thing in question and I'm pleased to support a new growing business that works on improving.

So much to share that went wrong. The major one was I asked several of the employees multiple times to have the owner contact me and he never did. Communication about when workers would be at the home was not accommodated which spiked my PTSD. The safety of my animals and myself were grossly overlooked and miscommunicated. For being the best in Kitsap County it really makes me worried about the other guys. I don't even want to give them one star. Their painters were their only redemption, but they are from a different company.

Alex and Maurico and their team and great, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They even made sure to protect our garden alongside the house and made ensure everything was back in place before they left.

I am not the owner (I have been renting the home for almost six years) but - since I was in the home for the re-roofing - can attest that the roofers were extremely hard workers, were very considerate and did a great cleanup when finished. They also were considerate of the family pets. And the roof looks great!

We purchased a 1930 house that didn't have any insulation in the roof after the attic was finished at some point in its history. The shingle roof was at end of life and I wanted to replace it with a metal roof. Chuy Marcial was the Project Manager and made the whole process a breeze. The communication was excellent, the crew was friendly and very efficient, and they cleaned everything up afterwards like you wouldn't have known they were here. We're hoping to build a detached garage in the future and would definitely be contacting them again!

It was great working with Alex the Project Manager, Mauricothe the foreman, and the entire crew. They were very professional, worked exception hard, and cleaned up everything. Alex was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. It was a pleasure working with them. We had to remove a deck on our master bedroom due to original bad structural design which causes water intrusion to our garage. Went online to look for a contractor and "Integrity" caught my attention also with great reviews. Tanner (Owner) came and walked me through different options on how to resolved the issue plus gave me a decent bid. His team of professionals ensured everything is communicated and I was well informed throughout the process. Mauricio and Jose (under Ikaika's supervision) did a great job completing the repairs way ahead of schedule. It was a wonderful experience overall and I highly recommend Integrity Roofing. Integrity Roofing is a fantastic company! They gave us a fair and accurate bid to reroof a commercial building we own in Sequim. Luis, the project manager, and Jose, the foreman, were on top of the work at all times and checked in with me regularly on the progress of the job since I am located in another state. We will absolutely use them again for future roofing work!

The Integrity Roofing crew that replaced my roof did a great job. Alex Gomez, Project Manager, kept me informed of expected time line, monitoring progress, etc. Miguel, crew foreman, answered any questions I had as the project progress. My project included more that just shingle replace. The chimney facade had some damage, noted by the estimator at the beginning of the process. Integrity Roofing included repairing, replacing and painting the weather damaged siding in the overall project. I truly appreciated that. When complete, crew did a great job cleaning up the yard. Roof replacement can create quite a mess. You can't tell they were here. This morning, 2 of my neighbor's commented on the project, how it looked and how quickly it was completed. Alex, Miguel and the rest of the crew were great. I recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone reading this post.

Had a flat roof replaced by Integrity this summer, and decided to add Trex decking over the roof to improve the appearance, and extend the roof life. Brian was the lead man and I just wanted to share with prospective future customers that the workmanship was second to none. The craftsmanship and attention to detail way exceeded my expectations. Was not satisfied with the overall experience. During the estimate it was noticed that there were two layers of shingles; instead of factoring in this cost into the overall price it was later added while the roof was replaced. Their response for this mistake by the estimator was "he was let go". The more frustrating situation occurred with the payment. I was going to get a loan through Wells Fargo who was offering a 0% for 18months through Integrity. However when I went to get the loan and satisfy payment I was informed that they no longer utilize that Bank and I should have gotten the loan when I placed a down payment. They failed to communicate this option to me and I was left scrambling to find a loan. What's more the interest rates for the loan options were in the contract but they said that it was in the estimate portion and they couldn't honor that. I will say that they did a decent job with the roof but the entire catastrophe of payment left a bad taste in my mouth and anyone reading this should strongly consider looking for someone else to install a roof. Both of their mistakes cost me money.

Followup (1year later): They failed to caulk the flashing they installed that brushes up against the chimney. While remodeling the inside of my house, I found water damage and had to open up an insurance claim. So add on an extra $1,000 that I am down for the deductible.

March 2024: Just finished putting roof on, in just two (2), days. From Brian giving estimate, to Mr. Sanchez and his awesome crew, top notch company! Roof looks awesome and couldn't be more happy! Highly recommend.

Called Integrity to do a repair on my siding/window which was leaking from most recent winter storm. Between Alex Gomez (Project Lead) and Jeorge (Crew Lead), they were able to find the leak/damage, repair quickly, and have us ready for next storm. HIGHLY recommend both of them for your next project!
