If you are looking for mold removal/remediation do not inquire from this business. I saw many positive reviews and decide to call them about mold in our crawlspace and attic. Dawaun showed up and stuck his head in the crawlspace and said he smelled mold and immediately got out and recommended we clean it ourselves. He did not look or identify mold areas or check a moisture meter or anything. We then asked him to actually go inside and look because we would appreciate a thorough inspection. After the crawl space we moved on to the attic. One attic he said looked great just by sticking his head in. He didn’t bring a ladder so he had to come back the next day and said the other attic also looked good. We had TWO professionals inspect after Dawaun in which both reported mold in the attic, leaking vents and water stains throughout. They both advised we immediately take care of the leaks first. We can’t understand if dawaun didn’t want to do the job or didn’t know how, but either way we are disappointed.

Pictures of the leaks, water stains and towels in the attic to prevent any water damage (put by previous sellers). How do you miss this?

This company saved my life! Our home was over a century old, and mold had accumulated in the walls from decades of humidity, neglect, and drinks spilled on the floor during wild hedonistic parties. Not my wild parties, of course. The wild parties of the godless heathens that lived here before me. Anyways, the mold was making my lungs turn as black as my Aunt Nancy's cold, shriveled heart. A few more months in such a caustic environment would have surely killed me. A close friend in my church congregation recommended the services of these wonderful people.
