They guaranteed 100% of their workmanship and take pride in what they do.

This company does magic. where to start the owner came himself look at our backyard and gave us some amazing ideas. We went with concrete starting from our driveway to the back of our house.

It looks amazing and so seamless. It’s very hard to find great contractors who are responsible and willing to make you understand the process.

Finding a trustworthy, honest and reasonable contractor is not an easy thing to do. Muhammad and his team made the whole experience seamless and a pleasure. Wow what can i say? A & U contractors did an excellent job renovating my 450+ square foot cape cod basement. Their pricing was extremely competitive with other contractors in the area (a little bit better), their quality of work was impressive, and they put me on the schedule quickly and completed the job in 4 days.
They installed click & lock vinyl planking, sheet rock & molding throughout. Plus they painted and installed a new window, door for the electrical box access and a door for accessing the house's main water/sewer line. They also installed 2 recessed/pot lights and moved a fluorescent light fixture to laundry room area. In addition, they created a vented solution for accessing the crawl space, sanded/painted the vintage 1950's cabinets and created a shelving solution in the laundry room area of the basement. The crew even precisely cut flooring around the water tank and gas heater. They also lifted the gas dryer and washing machine to lay the floor.
The A&U crew was neat, polite and extremely competent. Mohammed the project manager came by the site several times each day and the end of each day did a walk through with me showing the renovation progress and letting me provide feedback. I enjoyed working with Mohammed/A&U and will definitely consider them for future indoor and outdoor projects at my home.

A&U has finished another major job at my home. I have never hired the same contractor more than once. Until now. Mohammed and his crew take such pride in their work that there is no other contractor that I would allow to work on my home.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen all needed a paint job. We wanted to go one or two shades darker on the walls. Mohammed found the exact shade we had in mind and now the white trim really "pops."

We also needed some repairs due to water damage. The ceiling in the dining room was patched so well that you can't see where the work was done. I was able to host Thanksgiving dinner in a refreshed dining room.

The damage to the foyer ceiling was also patched with no evidence of any work having been done.

They showed great respect for my home. The wood floors were covered with paper. My furniture was covered with plastic. However, they worked so clean that there were no drips to be found.

They even secured a loose banister, making my staircase safer.

We are already scheduling our next job with A&U. There is no better contractor.

A&U Contractors was recommended to me by a friend. It was the best recommendation I could have gotten.

The cement in our front gate was cracked, the mortar on our stairs was loose or missing in many places, and the brick was old-looking.

A&U power washed the bricks, the steps, and a wall. The brick looks like new! They demo'd the old concrete and poured new concrete. They stayed late to make sure the new concrete was perfectly level. The attention to detail was amazing.

The new mortar was a lovely shade of red that really brightens up the place.

I also needed cement work on my driveway. Mohammed and his crew discovered that none of the existing cement (in the driveway or the front) included supportive rebar. They made sure to put the metal in place. Their work will last a long time.

Mohammed, his uncle, and his crew members were very respectful of my home and worked very neatly. All debris was carted away.

Mohammed listened carefully to my needs and concerns, and he always came up with an idea or plan that made me comfortable.

I already have two more home improvement projects in mind, and I will be calling A&U for them.

Needed work done on a wall that got pushed in and sunk under the front of my house. Price was reasonable and Muhammad was always available to talk to about the project. They were on time and finished within the expected timeframe even when an unseen problem arose. True to his word Muhammad said that the price would remain the same and repaired the problem. Good licensed contractors are hard to find and I was happy with the work that was done and will use them for future projects. Before and after pictures are attached.
