Zach built a back deck for us and we are so pleased! Our family uses it everyday and it truly came out beautiful!

Zachary is my go to person for fixing and property management when I’m out of town. He’s not a con man and is very professional and through with his work. It’s hard to find reliable help in Vermont, he’s the only positive experience that I’ve had in the entire state.

Zachary did timely and necessary work on my large house. He cleaned pine needles from the gutters. I know from years of experience that an accumulation of pine needles is more difficult to remove than leaves. But I can no longer climb tall ladders or walk around on a roof.
When on the roof, Zachary identified suspected weaknesses in the flashing seals. He secured them and another summer of rain storms passed without problems.
He evaluated the condition of the roof and then brought in another roofer to confirm his assessment. He prepared a written statement for replacing the roof soon. I know it needs to be replaced and I have developed confidence in his ability to do a great job.
