I have used A Stewart Roofing to replace my old roof into a rubberized roof. I did it in sections. Then I had them waterproof the back of my house. They come on time, very professional, explain how best to do the repair. They REALLY clean up afterwards. The work is done quickly. I had a leak in my 1st floor bathroom, thinking it was coming from the 2nd floor. They located the leak came from the nextdoor house roof. They repaired at no cost. I've been VERY satisfied with the work they have done.

Had a terrible leak in my roof Alex and his father came out assessed the damage. Started to work the next day finished the roof in time for the monsoon rains that we had for the next 2 days. Used A. Stewart to replace my roof, they gave a four year guarantee and about a year and a half later it's leaking into one of the bedrooms. My family and friends have called relentlessly, voicemail on both numbers are full, sometimes the phone doesn't even ring, just goes straight to voicemail. I'm blown away that there are good reviews as recent as a month or two ago. I hope you don't have the same experience I'm having should you need to follow up. We went as far as to visit the address that's listed as it really didn't make sense for me to pay someone else if their work was guaranteed, and it's just a P.O. Box, which apparently hasn't been paid for in a few months. You should be ashamed for taking advantage of people.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Showed up right on schedule to survey and gave a thorough explanation as part of the estimate. Above and beyond engaging and respectful and then showed up again - right on time and got the job done - as promised without a hitch. They explained the process during each step of the installation. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable. All my concerns with this large project were alleviated by the level of confidence they provided in how they would take care of us and our home. Alex came out to give me an estimate for cleaning out the gutter, install gutter guard and waterproofing the brick on the back of the house. He evaluated the roof, took pictures and recommended flashing in some areas, repairing an area on the base of the chimney and around the exhaust fans. His price was competitive and we set a date to get the work done. He was on time, courteous and explained the steps he and his crew was taking to get the job done. This was a small job but Alex took the time to fit me into his schedule as if I was a long time customer. It rained the following day, there was no overflow from the gutter and no water coming into my laundry room. Thanks Alex!

I called these guys to fix my damaged chimney. They gave me a fair price and did such a fine job I told them if they gave me a good price they could do my whole roof. They did. So I contracted them to do the roof plus replace a damaged gutter. They did all three before 5 pm. Fast, efficient, and a job well done. I'm very pleased.

Called for an estimate on a house I'm purchasing. In the middle of explaining the request, he cut me off and said he won't estimate on a house I don't own and abruptly hung up on me without asking any further questions where I could've told him I'm helping the owner find a price.

Great work! I hired these guys to replace my flat roof and gutter. I was really impressed by there crew. They did everything they said they would do and even did a little extra. I will definitely Call Alex again for future work.

There seems to be an issue regarding honoring warranties with this company. I had waterproofing done in 2017 and I signed a contract that included a 4 year warranty. After some big storms, water started getting in the house 2 years later. I called for warranty service. I had to call only once to get him to my house when I paid for the original service, but now it seems that more difficulty is involved now that I am looking for warranty service and no money is being provided. He did not show up for two appointments and did not call me to inform me that he would not be there. He promised to return to do the warranty work after he visited my house, but he did not do so. He did not respond to my calls or texts when I called to follow up.

Very nice people. They have reasonable prices and know what they are doing. They answered all of my questions in details. Provided all documents that I asked for. Very honest reliable company. Will definitely use them again.

I had leaks in my house for 15 years until I started working with Alex Stewart's company. It has taken a few visits to address all the problems that caused the leaks but his treatments have been effective. Considering that everyone I hired before him promised to eliminate the leaks and failed, I consider myself lucky to have found A Stewart Roofing and Waterproofing. His services are not cheap but they are effective.

I have used A Stewart Roofing over the past year for all roofing and gutter repairs on multiple properties. I like the fact that it is a family operated business. I know Alex or his sons will actually be onsite working/supervising my job. They are honest, hardworking people and they really know their stuff! It is always a pleasure working with them.

He's a fraud, charged $4000 and never did anything, then completely disappear. A liar.
