When I was told there was a serious issue with the service provided (there wasn’t I was misinformed by another A/C company) they wouldn’t get back for days.

I was told it was because I didn’t leave clear contact info but I called everyday and didn’t get anything back until I wrote a bad review. Then I was pestered repeatedly about “making it right” which is good but it would’ve been nice to hear anything before than.

Working with Choose Better Air is absolutely the best. I couldn’t ask for a better experience from beginning to end. The scheduling was so easy, I knew what to expect and the service was efficient and quality. I had never had my ducts cleaned and was so thrilled with the end result.

If you have been avoiding getting your ducts cleaned, Choose Better Air is the obvious choice. Make it easy on yourself and let them spring clean your house for you!

They did a great job being upfront with costs and what the process will entail. At the end of the process sent videos showing the ducts being cleaned. It gave great piece of mind that everything was nice and clean. Would definitely refer to family and friends

5 stars to AR Engh for coming out, early New Year's Day morning!! We had a ignitor replaced last week and woke up to no heat again this morning. Called at 5:30am on a holiday and tech came out within an hour (sorry, did not catch his name) and replaced the part. Also, first repair was reasonably priced. So happy for the service and to have heat!! Will keep recommending AR Engh

The Choose Better Air team did a fantastic job with my hvac system. They had great communication throughout the entire process and it became very informative for me as well. I would recommend them and rehire them without any reservations.

Stephen was prompt and described the duct cleaning process clearly. He was thorough and showed us the dust and dirt that was coming out. His online scheduling made scheduling and rescheduling easy. I would definitely recommend Choose Better Air again!

Choose better air did a great job on my air ducts. We had them cleaned and sanitized and the technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Having recently finished a remodel and hosting some dogs for friends we needed it done and could tell the difference immediately.

My ducts where grimy and dust bunnies had taken over:( that’s where Choose Better Air comes in. They arrived on time and explained how they do things and how long it would take. They were efficient friendly and cleaned out the bunnies:)

Had to call many times before receiving a response after hours. When we finally got a response it seemed as if they were agitated they had to work. Tech stated he doesnt carry parts on his truck. Called Monday got the "runaround" from secretary. Called their competitor and received part promptly.
