After waiting a week, the plumber came out and only fixed half the problem. He told us he would be back to finish the job in a couple of hours and he never returned that day. When I called the office the next day, I was told he had more emergency calls and would be back in 2-3 days. Five weeks later, he still hasn’t come back, & never called with an update. We ended up calling another plumber to finish the job. Very unprofessional!!
