CALL ELEVATE FIRST...During the busiest work season Thomas actually returned my phone call and made time to inspect our wind damaged roof. He explained products and warranties, work crews and time frames. He assured us he'd advocate for us with our insurance company (that tried to lowball us for a partial replacement) to ensure our roof was replaced completely and properly. His professional and personal staff followed up with a letter of introduction, written estimate and follow-up friendly phone calls. The installation crew was a model of work ethic, clean, quiet (as roofing can be) and worked 12 hours a day to get our roof done on time.
The end result was a beautiful completely new roof and our insurance paid for everything but the deductible. We are completely satisfied and thankful to have had Elevate solve our roofing problems.
Elevate roofing replaced our roof after storm damage. From the office staff to the installers and the gentlemen that inspected and worked with our insurance company they were wonderful! Did a great job and so fast. Cleaned up and took care of insurance claim! Highly recommend to anyone with roofing needs!

He was there every step of the way-answering every question I had, to overseeing the quality of the installation. He was fun and easy to work with but it was clear Thomas knew his stuff. With such an important purchase and process as getting a roof done-and done right, I was relieved that Thomas was directly involved. Each day I look at my roof I am glad it was done by Elevate because of their dedication to me as the customer. I have told friends and family about my great experience.
