Update: After driving it for two months I’m still in love with my truck, even though I had to take it in to have both fronts CV joints replaced due to excessive wear. Scott did an amazing job getting my truck in right away and they didn’t even charge me for the labor. They saved me a lot of money there. They really do care about their customers happiness!

Beaverhead Motors has been the best dealership I have ever worked with. I have had two interactions with them and both times have been amazing. About a year and a half ago, traveling from AZ, my vehicle broke down. I ended up needing a new transmission. Jaime ran the service department and at the initial inspection of the vehicle she thought it would be almost two weeks to get the new transmission and replace the old one out. She worked with my extended warranty company, her suppliers and mechanics on staff to get me on the road in three days. Amazing!! Saved my vacation as I was headed up to Glacier NP.
The second interaction was this summer. I ended up buying a new truck from them. The customer service provided by Cole and his team was superb. Cole made sure that I was provided the best deal possible and has followed up numerous times to ensure that everything with the truck and my experience is top notch. My kid goes to college in town and I needed to get her GMC serviced. I live out of state so I was trying to help my kid navigate this new part of life. I scheduled a drop off time with Matt and came in as planned. Matt got me right in and took my info and it got busy real quick. Because I was gonna be in town for a few days my kid could use my car told Matt if he needed an extra day he could use it. Later that day got a message from Matt that my car was ready and all checked out. Oil change and transmission service with transmission filter replacement. Price was right also. At least compared to what I'm used to paying which is way more. Picking up the car was easy also. No wait at all.
I actually bought this car last year in Butte and have free oil changes to use but, I decided to get the work done here because last year when I was looking to buy a used car for my kid, the first car I looked at was here. But when I called they informed me that during an inspection of the car I was looking at turned up some issues and that they were repairing them. Because I was pressed for time I went to Butte to another dealer but knew then I'd be back because of that honesty and customer service. And when I'm ready for another car I'll start here.

All personell at BMI were professional, informative and ready to help. Ray was ready to go on the money side and appreciated my 'tech-savvy' abilities! Tim got the deal off the ground and is a positive leader of the operation.

Jadon reviewed the paperwork with me--- he already had my GM credentials and account set, along with all the other sign-ups we needed---- and then took all the time to expertly take me on the run through! (He unwisely gave me his cell number so I can call and ask questions!).

This is my second time buying a vehicle from beaverhead motors. I told Jadon a few months ago I wanted a truck, we’ve been on the hunt since then looking for the right one.
