Worst experience. They are contracted through my HOA and didn’t respond to me for five months even after I’ve sent four emails three phone calls and a Facebook message now I will be taking next steps since my deck is a safety concern and leakage through my deck into my walls and siding is causing mold inside my home.

Also regardless of the situation it is totally unprofessional to give away an address and customer name on a public forum as this company has done below. Retaliation is not an acceptable business method.

The deed for this townhome says I am the owner so Im not sure what you are trying to say? You wrote that you’ve done the necessary work, but all that was done was observing that there was damage and saying you would be back to do the work. You said you would be back, so thats what we expected to be the next step. Instead it was 5 months of radio silence until you received an angry letter. There was ZERO COMMUNICATION of what the next steps should be or what else I would need to do, even if it wasn't you doing the work. That is completely unprofessional. A simple response to my initial emails or phone messages saying what you found would have saved both of us the time and the headache.

You are a vendor in a service industry and lack any form of people skills. Ive worked in customer service for 10 years, and my goodness this is one of the most ridiculous vendor situations ive dealt with.

We did major outdoor renovation work that included replacing all my windows, 2 entry doors, a patio door, and ripping out stucco in the front of the house and replacing it with vinyl siding.

My experience with A&M Total Building was top notch from start to finish. When I first met with Al, I found him to be knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. Most importantly, he was not pushy at all - something I appreciated. Matter of fact, my first interaction with Al was in August and we didn't make a decision until October (I do my homework). Not once did he press me, unlike some other companies that would call me weekly. I also found his pricing to be reasonable; he came in lower than the other bids but not obnoxiously so that it would give someone reason to pause.

When we closed, Al was timely with information letting me know when items were ordered, delivered, and to be installed. He also did everything consecutively, nothing was piecemeal (meaning install windows, wait a month for doors, etc.) Finally, and most importantly; the work done was very good. The windows and patio door installed were high quality and made big difference over the 20+ year old builder grade variety that they replaced. The entry doors and new vinyl in the front absolutely transformed the look of my house. To boot, his crew lead by Martin were great to deal with.

For my next project, I would not hesitate to call Al and use his company again.

Owner or whoever picked up the phone after 5 attempts to call was rude unprofessional and disrespectful all around. His workers trashed my garden in front of my house and he takes no responsibility for it. Did not even let me talk just straight screaming at me over the phone and in person when we went there
Before and afters also lawn items missing from the front....do not recommend!!!
