There service was outstanding clear to the point. Up front with everything no surprise price. Detailed on what was going on. Very professional.if your looking for a handyman that's though and complete. They put 2 ceiling fans up they are no joke. Happy with their work.

make sure you to thorough research on what they should quote you first...tried to quote me $1K to basically build a simple small chicken coop and attach it to the side of my house with 4 screws. When I explained the materials wouldn't cost more than a $100, they said if I built the box myself they would screw it to my house for a few hundred dollars. So they will charge hundreds to put 4 screws in a wall. This is a sign of trying to rip people off they believe are naive to construction costs/labor. BEWARE.

The young men came to my house with the upmost respect for the property and client. They were on time, even though they were requested at the last minute. The room and stairwell looks amazing. I had to sit and just soak on how great it looked. This company is definitely recommended by me.

Andrew and his coworker were both very polite and very professional. They both take great pride in planning and executing their job. They ensure being prepared by having all tools as well as materials they needed to execute the task at hand. They definitely take pride in their work and even stayed late doing a few extra minute details to ensure our satisfaction with their work. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely use them again for jobs around my home!!!

Andrew and his team were great, very professional and friendly, as well as very reasonably priced.. They removed and replaced over 240' of fencing and then stained. His workmanship is excellent and I will use him again for any project I need done.

I needed 2 aluminum chairs assembled. I called him Friday around 1930 and I could tell by his voice over the phone that he was a people- person. He said he'd be here Monday after lunch. He arrived with a polite and helpful young man. They were both highly professional and very friendly. They sat in the finished chairs and I did too. Then they even took the chairs on my patio. I'll use them again if I need to and I'm recommending them also if you need things done--- give A-Handyman a call!

A Handyman came to the job site ready to work. He kept me posted of arrival time and arrived with tools and the crew to do the job.

Unreliable. I have a rental property in Virginia Beach where I need a lot of work done. The tenant made herself available to allow access. Andrew said he would take a look at the job, and I sent him a detailed list of what we needed. He never called the tenant to schedule, and he never responded to my calls and emails asking for follow up. He should have been professional and courteous enough to just say he isn't interested, rather than tell me one thing, and then blow it off entirely.

He know how to get the jod done with pride and perfection and know how to get the job done the right way...hard to find a handyman that takes pride in his work..

Needed a floor repaired in the house from water damage. Flooring was repaired quickly and professionally. Very affordable and a very friendly guy. I didn't ask about who his helpers were but they both seem serious about getting the job done. Good job!

We used A-Handyman to paint our house trim. They did great work, came in at at a good price, and communicated back and forth very well to keep us updated on scheduling. I definitely recommend them.

I was at first so hesitate to use a handyman to paint the trim on my house but when I called Andrew
he exceeded my expectations. He was thorough, efficient, and less expensive than any other estimate I had received. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford being taken advantage of. Andrew listened to all of my concerns about what I needed to be done. He was kind, courteous and I will never use any other handyman for any other project that needs to be done at my home ever again without first consulting with Andrew. What a fantastic job! This guy took time out of his evening with his family to come patch up a gigantic hole in my drywall. Very personable, very courteous, extremely prideful in his finished product. So much so that he actually stopped my from paying him so that he could re-do his work because it wasn't quite up to his standard. And when he finished it, you can't even tell there's a patch job there. Affordable as well! One hundred percent recommended for anyone who needs a small job done the absolute right way! Thank you!!!

I'm writing this on behalf of my parents, who recently had work done to their bathroom. They were elated with him and his helper who performed a job well above their expectations. Will definitely use his services again if needed and tell others what a great job that was done.

I called this guy up and he asked me to text my address to him and he'd text back a confirmation so that I could get an estimate from him. I never received a confirmation and he never showed. So a week or so later I called him again and he told me he never got the text so we did some 'test" texting and got everything working on both ends, sent him my address and he confirmed that he'd be there on a Friday. That day rolled around and I didn't leave the house becuause he didn't give me a specific time--he never showed. On Saturday orSunday I got a text apologizing for not being there on Friday and saying that he was available that day if I was. He had texted my work phone which I don't keep on me so by the time I got the text it was too late. I told him I'd be off of work on Tuesday so he could come that day for the estimate. I sent him a text reminding him on Monday like he asked and he confirmed saying that he'd be at my house on Tuesday between 8 and 8:30. I was there the entire day and once again he didn't show. I am not impressed whatsoever. If he didn't have time to give me an estimate he should have just said so, not continued to blow me off and make me waste entire days sitting around the house when he had no intentions of coming.

All I can say is I have used him since I moved to Suffolk about 4 years now. Every time I have called he has ALWAYS completed the job in a satisfactory manner. It is a pleasure knowing that the job will be done right. Cost of the job depends on the job. We didn't go searching around to see if anyone is cheaper because he does the job right EVERY TIME. You get what you pay for! He is very nice and customer oriented. I haven't been dissapointed yet. He came to fix my blown off siding and door yesterday. Completed the job in about an hour. I looked out the window and he had came back to work on my neighbors house. That tells you he does amazing work! Great Job A-Handyman!
