Had them fix several loose pieces of siding & section of deck that was sinking. Did a great job! Looks almost new, and came in less than bid.

A better way is a company you want to hire. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He was working on my neighbors roof. Once he finished, I started asking him about mine. He went out of his way and grabbed his ladder, and hopped on mine. He answered every question I had. Thanks again for everything

They have done a couple repairs for us and both times, they were prompt about getting the repairs done, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone!

Alex has done approximately 50 roofs for me. I bought 4 duplexes from a local roofer and this particular local roofer said he fixed the roofs but when Alex got there we found that those roofs had not in fact been repaired so Alex and his crew fixed them the right way. He fixed broken rafters. Replaced 40 sheets of OSB that the other roofer had covered up. When Alex and his crew fix a roof it is done right. They fix what needs to be fixed and don’t just cover it up. Alex does not price gouge his customers and always treats them right! We continue to use his company because of the great service

Alex and Maria are smart, friendly, professional, and very good at their jobs. They repaired my roof, my gutters & soffits, and my wooden deck, after 120' sycamore tree fell on my house.

I had Alex and his team come out and clean my gutters and blow off Leaf debris from the roof. They did a fantastic job, cleaned out all the gutters very thoroughly and blew off the roof and then they cleaned up the entire yard both front and back patios and hauled off all the debris. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they provided.
I would give them a 10 out of 10!!! I would highly recommend them!

My experience with A Better Way was great! From the moment I called I got a friendly and attentive voice in Maria. Alex and his crew were great. Great communication throughout, and even though I was out of country in the beginning of the process. They made me feel as if I was the priority and my roof work was done quickly, saving me from more damage. I let Alex make the decision on how to do the soffit and fascia and his choice was spot on! I am impressed with the quality of workmanship on my soffit and fascia as well as the roof, gutters, trim and all the misc things I had them complete during the project. They came and got the job done pretty quickly! Very responsive and helpful. The crew that came to my house was always respectful and helpful! Made sure everyone on in my house was safe as they were working on taking off old material they would let me know so my kids wouldn’t step on nails. Loved the work, my house looks like new! They were also very careful with my garden! That was tough bc my garden was very close to my house and they were doing the siding and the roof!

I first learned of ABWC a few years back when getting estimates for my roof. I ended up not using ABWC and wish I had!

Ours was an unusual job. We were selling the house and the buyer's inspector found problems with the roof that we eventually determined were on account of defective shingles from the prior (7 years ago) roofing job. As we were already gone from Lincoln at the time, ABW handled all the warranty justification stuff, including photos, getting sample shingles and the bookwork. Thanks to their work, the claim was successful. Following that, they did a prompt and professional roofing job. Very good people to work with.

So glad my husband and I went with this company for a new roof. They did a fantastic job! I appreciated that the crew was very punctual; when the job was finished they did a awesome job cleaning up around our house. Rocky and Sue are down to earth honest people. It made making decisions that much easier.

I met one of the members of this company and he was egotistical and treated me like I was less than him. I would suggest questioning the representative you talk to and see how he reacts. If this person treats the general public in an inferior manner then they don't really care, they just want your money. Shameful attitude!
