ABC removed our tar and gravel roof and replaced it with a TPO membrane, replaced the flashing and installed new gutters. The owner, Silviano Sanchez and his crew were very professional and polite. There was a detailed estimate, all messages were returned by the owner promptly, the crew showed up on time every day, and cleaned up each day. A small leak in one gutter was quickly sealed as soon as it was discovered. We would definitely recommend them. Work done February 2021

This is the worst company my family as ever done business with. Had roof repairs done, but the roof on our home continued to leak. The supposed owner Silviano was very rude and tried to intimidate with his size and loud tone of voice. He never did honor the "warranty". After 9 or 10 weeks of promising to show up and ignoring phone calls, the warranty expired and ABC roofing never corrected the issues. A total scam.

The first 85% of the work went off without a hitch, the price was right, and the work was done quickly. The last 15% of the work has been like pulling teeth. We had them do a full roof tear off and install with gutters. Before the gutters were installed they started pushing me for the final check (half up front & half upon completion), I told them a check would be there when the job was done, this happened a few times and they were told no each time. They told me a story about their gutter supplier not having material or not sending the gutters, they told me the gutters would be installed in about 2 weeks, and I told them the check would be there in 2 weeks. A week later, when I was out of town, the gutters miraculously showed up and were installed. And they asked my wife for the check, which she wrote out and gave them. Now this is where it gets fishy. When I gave them the first half check upon contract signing, it took them several days to deposit the check. When they got the final check, they deposited it the next day. What they didn't say was they still had to install the snow dams above walkways and a couple of downspouts. If I had been at the house, they wouldn't have gotten the check. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and the snow dams and downspouts haven't been installed, I cant even get them to give me a date. The owner is responsive to emails, but apparently not too worried about finishing my job. Just be careful, if you make an agreement stick to it, don't give them a dime until ALL of the work is done.
