So grateful to LifeWater! I recently purchased and moved into a fairly remote rural house, and although everything was working fine at first, my 30+ year old well pump and controller suddenly began to fail - right before a holiday weekend. I was sure that I would have an epic to locate and schedule repairs, but luckily, I called LifeWater. They showed up the same day, diagnosed the issue immediately, and came back just a few days later to pull the pump and install new equipment. They were amazingly pleasant, communicative, efficient, professional, and competent. I have never had such a truly positive experience with any type of house or property repairs, ever! I highly recommend LifeWater!

After hiring a lesser quality company to deal with my failing well pump, I found Lifewater. Paul Chavez,, the owner, spoke extensively with me by phone explaining everything in spite of being on personal vacation and a significant time difference. Jose, the technician., got to work at 6 AM and did not stop until the job was completed. This company is very professional, competent, and cares about the customer. They are honest and ethical. I lost water (from a failed pump) LifeWater responded the same day and by that same afternoon, I had a new well pump ( the failed one was 30 years old) and I replaced the accumulator and filter also.

We were desperate - our submersible pump failed, and we live a long way from services. We were waiting and waiting for a company 1-1/4 hrs. from us to schedule something, and finally gave up. They weren't going to come this far, that much was clear. So my husband had a thought: why not call a well company? When he looked online, LifeWater came up first, with fabulous reviews, and this is why:

Even though the owner was leaving the following day for a vacation, he conveyed that his main man, Jose, was willing to come up on his day off and service our well. Everything was up front: the time it was likely to take, the price, and the cost of a new pump. Right on time, Jose arrived with the owner's dad and two trucks to assist. Unfortunately, we all discovered a leak at the well head which would require a backhoe. After pulling the old pump and doing what they could, the guys left, promising to return. Luckily we were able to persuade a neighbor with his backhoe to come the next day and dig down to where the cracked pipe was. Jose, the greatest communicator ever, scheduled a re-visit the following day. The owner, Paul, called to revise his estimate, and again, the guys arrived right on time. This time, they went to work and resolved the issue, and in the end, Paul's estimate is what we paid.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Professional, prompt, efficient and fabulous communicators. I would refer them to anyone I even suspected needed their services! Jose is the best!

Paul and his team worked a miracle on my well. We had a brand new drill done a few months earlier and we could not get clean water no matter how much we ran it to clear it out. Paul knew exactly what he needed to do to get it done and came to the property and cleared it all up right alway with no delays. I would definitely recommend him and his team for any and all well services.

Paul and his team did a major overhaul in my old pumphouse, replacing pipes and the tank, running electricity, insulating, and adding light and a space heater. They left the place neater than I'd ever seen it, and my water pressure is now amazing. Professional and on time, I recommend LifeWater for your water and well services. The only thing they don't do is drill wells.

I first met Paul Chavez from LifeWater when I needed a well at my property blown out to take a water sample. Paul was really professional and did a great job of explaining my different options in regards to the well. The well was successfully blown out and I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Paul has also replaced a pump at my great grandfather's home due to a pump failure. Paul executed this job for a great price and in less than half a day. Paul recently helped resolve a long lasting issue on my mother's well system. My mother & grandmother have a shared well system and my mother has always had issues with her pressure being that her home is located 300 yards from the well house. My mothers pressure got so bad that her water could be considered unusable. Multiple family members attempted to troubleshoot her issue and there was consideration to replace the entire water line due to the possibility of it being clogged. Paul was called and in less that half a day, Paul found the issue without having to dig up the entire water line. My mother's house now has the best water pressure she has ever had in the 25 years that she has lived there. Paul's equipment is of best quality and will last for years to come. We wanted to upgraded our well system because we knew it was over 30 years old in this home we bought 23 years ago (was actually 42 years old). A friend of my sons recommended LifeWater and we were glad we listened to him. They did an excellent job on the installation and made it a lot nicer for future maintenance. They also installed an inline filter system which we have wanted and a heater which will make my life a lot easier and ensure that we don't have to worry about freezing in the winter. Paul is real customer focused and so was his entire crew. We highly recommend them.

These guys are great. During January the pump failed in our 550 ft deep well. We live in a remote area of the Jemez Mtns. They were able to get in and replace it in one day. Very competent and honest.

Our well was barely giving us water and we tried for a year to get someone to come to Embudo and fix our well or drill a new one. Two people who showed up never returned - but most of them never even showed up. Then we met Paul and his team. They were able to fix the problem right away even though it was a real mess left by the original well driller. We could not have gotten better service. Paul was quick to respond to our problem with the well -- no water! His diagnostic work and repairs were professional and efficient. He pointed out issues with the well, and gave me several options without being pushy. It is clear he loves his work, and he is good at it. We needed a new control panel, but we chose to update several other things that would likely become problems soon. He had all the supplies and parts he needed, so there was not a need to go get things. We had our water going again in a couple of hours, and we have a much better situation in our twenty year-old well house. I learned a lot about wells, ongoing maintenance needs, and future expenses we are likely to encounter. Money well spent!
