Absolutely Phenomenal ! Had a water line that connects to the toilet tank break. I was out of town but thankfully a good friend was there to notice it quickly. Called 911 Restoration to assess the damage. This was on a Saturday. Sam came out with all of the tools necessary and determined the damage was minimal. Sam came out from Fallon to Reno. I was extremely relieved to know Sam did a thorough assessment on the condition of the floor and crawl space. The bonus is when Sam did the assessment free of charge. Thank You, Sam and 911 Restoration ! Being out of town I was panicked but my stress dissolved after hearing the good news from Sam! Thank You, Thank You !!

All I can say is I haven’t ever come across a company kind before. I called them in a pinch on Saturday morning and the tech showed up at my house an hour later (he travelled from another town) and spent all the time he needed doing an assessment for water damage. It turned out not to be as bad as we thought And instead of giving us a quote for remediation, he gave us advice and pointers so that we could do things ourselves to save money. He also didn’t charge for the Consultation. I really tried hard to pay him for his time, but he said it’s against their policy and he wouldn’t take a dime. They were just incredible! I can’t recommend them enough!

Unfortunately I've had 3 home floodings over the last 3 years, but fortunately I've S.O.S.ed 911 who have promptly answered my calls for help and in short order made my house livable again, thanks to Chris and his efficient crews.

Our upstairs toilet leaked onto our Family room below.They were clear and concise in describing their procedures to us. They informed us well as they kept tabs on our house during the “drying out” process, and were clear regarding any possible things that could go wrong. Had some trouble connecting possibly my phone or their system,but we worked it out. Amanda arrived in good time did a good inspection using infrared and moisture meters as well as visual and found a leak in the hot water heater's top water connection I wasn't aware of.The enclosure passed didn't need to be torn out and rebuilt,so another step closer to replacing my broken hot water heater. Thanks for the quick response, definitely on my who to call list.

We had a pipe burst under our house and then we got a hold of John Black and 911 Restorations. They showed up within hours and got to work removing water and damage. Their crew was amazing and professional and they worked with our insurance company with no hangups. It took a few days to get all the water out and dried up but when the guys showed up every day they were cheerful and assuring that all would be taken care of. I hope you never need them but when you do you won’t find a better crew!

Ronnie and his crew are awesome. We had an upsetting water leak that needed to be dealt with right away. Ronnie was on site in 45 minutes and had a crew there 16 hours later, the next morning. They worked quickly, kept the rest of the house clean and reassured us of the process with the insurance company. Highly recommend 911 but hopefully you never need them!

It's never a good time to have to call these guys, but wow they are good at what they do. John Black and his team, Julio and Toni, were so nice, professional, and helpful in every aspect. Julio and Toni were here every morning at 9 am and worked super hard until 5 pm. I had standing water in my crawl space due to a neighbors hose left on for a week straight. They dealt with the water, the mold problem, and installed a vapor barrier. I was calling John several times with questions about insurance and what not. John always answered, and reassured my every concern. I had a plumber come out after everything was done, and even my plumber was impressed by the job these guys did! Couldn't recommend this company more when this type of unfortunate situation happens in your home.

Me and my family have never experienced such a great response and assistance from a company like this one. I called 911 because I wanted them to check to see if what I was seeing on my walls and ceiling was mold, they came down a couple of days later and Chris was the person that came, he was very nice and thorough. He wanted to be sure if what it was before having to open walls, so he said I should this other company come and check things out and do a testing. He called for me and explained the situation to them. They then came and luckily it was not mold or anything that would be a problem. I am a single woman literally living paycheck to paycheck, so he really helped me out by being thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend this company and Chris for any work you need.

Never again horrible experience. They claim they reach out to me well it's only the collect money on work they didn't do. Left their defective equipment at my condo for days it even leaked all over my already damaged floor and they took a couple moisture readings. They gave over 2k for that. I was never given an estimate for the work and they never showed up I finally had to text and tell them to get their equipment. They only call and care when it comes to collecting money. Check out Trust Pilot reviews they are horrible.

911 Restoration was quick to respond to our problem. Sam came right away to evaluate and explain what the process would be to make our house a safe environment for our family. The 2 members of his crew were polite and respectful to us and our home. They completed the job that morning so the plumber could complete the repair that afternoon.

It was a long story, and in the end, I will not be calling them again. As a single homeowner, I have to take care of everything myself so when they stated they completed the job, I crawled under my house to inspect it. It was far from being complete. I called them and they sent back the same guys to complete the job and after five hours of work I crawled under my house again and it still wasn’t complete. The manager or team coordinator or whatever his title apologized profusely and stated “it was his fault” because he didn’t inspect it at the end, but here is my issue, how many jobs have they not completed? Finally after three trips to complete the job it was done correctly. But during that time I must’ve got five emails asking me to sign the completion and make the payment, I had four phone calls trying to collect on the job when it wasn’t complete. I talked to so many people at this company I didn’t understand why they weren’t talking to each other? I would suggest if you had work done by this company crawl into your house and see if it was done right.

The project manager Kris was very helpful and fully transparent about how he handled my invoices and communications to my insurance company. Anytime I had a question he was quickly available to answer. The crew was helpful and made sure to leave no living spores behind during the purge of the property. Jaime and Jaime JR were professional. In the past having worked with a separate mold remediation company in town I personally would refer this company as best in business. Other local businesses don’t seem to get it except this company. I hope this review serves the crew and the company well since they saved me from a lot of stress and anxiety from dealing with property loss, insurance claims, and communication.

Henry and team were amazing. Very friendly and work efficiently. We hired 911 restoration to remove our hvac / insulation / vapor barrier in crawl space due to rodent damage and infestation and contamination. The price was good. Team showed up promptly each day. Would recommend. The project manager Sam is also very nice he was able to get this work done fast with his crews that normally take much longer with other companies. We really appreciated that and all there attention to detail. As now we basically have a brand new crawl space and vapor barrier as they cleaned and disinfected it all too. Very relieved we found these guys as many companies said no we cannot help you. They made the hvac companies job who was installing a new system for us, very easy to complete, as they came in right after and appreciated the attention to detail 911 restoration had done. Everyone at 911 Restoration was awesome! I started out calling over a year ago and they gave excellent advice on action we could take before going the full remediation route. After a year, the mold was back so I called and worked with Chris to get it cleaned up. My daughter, who rents our house, has celiac and could not be in the home during drywalling. 911 was so gracious about accommodating a schedule that involved us coming from out of town and the contactors associated with rebuilding the walls we had to remove. They also explained the process well and helped coordinate with other vendors needed. I highly recommend 911 Restoration!

911 Restoration was there for us when other restoration companies wouldn’t come out. They were tasked with moving out all of our belongings. I worried about our privacy and personal information. There staff from upper management, down to the packers and movers treated all of our items with the utmost of respect and courtesy. If they came across important documents, they made sure to notify us and set it aside. Communication is key when having movers pack out your belongs for an extended time period. They have the communication and customer service piece that most companies are lacking. They made an extremely difficult situation bearable and even provided much needed emotional support that we didn’t know we needed. I would give 911 Restoration 10 stars if I could. While repairing a plumbing issue at my house the plumber accidentally caused a spill in my crawl space. The plumber called out 911 Restoration. Sam from 911 Restoration called and showed up for an inspection the same day. Sam worked with the plumber to get approval for payment, and once approved sent workers the same day to remediate the problem. During the process Sam was always available for phone calls and very helpful in keeping me informed. I definitely recommend this company.

I was "over my head" being out of town when a slab leak in a rental occurred. The tenant was a nightmare even though the repair process started that day, the 95% the next morning, and it was supposed to dry out and be quickly completely sealed the next day.

My sister's home suffered major water damage due to the heavy 2023 winter in Truckee Tahoe, Cal. Upon my sister's high recommendation, I contacted Ronnie from 911 Restoration. I called Ronnie, and he made an appointment with the tenant for the next day. He eased the tenant's concerns. They detailed cleaned and protected the water-damaged area from further damage the very next day.

Ronnie took the time to explain the insurance process to me in a clear and concise manner. He provided an estimate of the potential costs ($1300-$1900), promptly returned my calls, and his answers to my questions were easy to comprehend. This level of clarity and responsiveness was greatly appreciated.

When I got the bill, it was higher than I thought. I was ready to freak out. Yet, with a minor insurance adjustment request that 911Restoration agreed to, I had NO "out-of-pocket" charges.

911 Restoration was there for me when my roof had a leak. I could smell must in the air & called them. They showed up that evening with the syclone, dehumidifier & helped to restore the air. They helped by educating me about water damage & reached out to my home owners to assist with my claim. They were a very calming presence & reassured me that everything would be okay. Three other restoration companies made appointments to quote - then didn't show up and didn't call. :-O Amanda at 911 arrived the next day on time and took the time to not only quote but explain what was going to happen and why. Unbelievable how bad the others were and how good 911 was. Don't use anyone else!

We sustained heavy damage from snow and ice dams in the winter of 2022-2023. Water in the walls and all over the floors from 4 feet of snow and ice dams on the roof, rendering useless the master bedroom, master bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and family room. Walls, ceilings, floors, kitchen cabinets, bathtub and shower had to be all torn out. The original restoration company we called in (who shall remain nameless here) spent 2-3 weeks remediating the damage. Unbeknownst to us, they left portions of the attic and crawlspace untreated. Next the contractor came in and spent 5 months replacing the walls, floors, ceilings,, kitchen cabinets, bathtub and shower etc. After the house was almost finished, an inspector found the untreated portions in the attic and the crawl space beneath the house. The original restoration company wanted another $20,000 to fix what they had missed. That's when we called in 911 Restoration. Chris and Amanda were awesome, they worked with the insurance company to get this problem taken care of. The crew came in and redid the entire job from scratch. They were meticulous and efficient. By the end of the job, the attic and the crawlspace were so clean you could almost eat off it! When the inspector returned to check out the restoration, he was amazed at the great job 911 Restoration did. Thank you, guys, you rock!

I called 911 Restoration to remediate some damage caused by rodents in a very difficult to access space. Sam showed up and popped under the house and told me that they would be able to help. This came after multiple other contractors and remediation companies said that there was no way and that they would have to rip up my floors to clean the space.

Sam reassured me that they would be willing to try (which was more than any other company was willing to do). A week later, Sam and Speedy showed up and were able to completely clean and sanitize an extremely tight area underneath my house. After cleaning, they installed new insulation and completely remediated the issue.

Sam always picked up his phone and communicated to me throughout the process. I was never left in the dark and always felt "in-the-loop." I am super grateful to the whole team at 911 who made it happen when no other company could. Due to the nature of their work, I hope I will never have to call them again but if I ever need any sort of restoration or remediation work I will not hesitate to call these guys.

tldr: Sam, Speedy, and Anthony showed up on time, communicated well, and did the work that no other restoration company could.

911 came to my rescue after we found mold in my laundry room. They were very responsive and walked me through the process. They checked in almost daily and hats off to the technician named Jaime. He was incredible with the clean up of the mold and then put my garage back together cleaner than he found it. Covered my washer and dryer. Really great customer service. Amanda as well! thank you all!!

The job that your crew did was phenomenal. From JT to Henry, Julio and his crew, Billy and JB. Hope i didn't miss anyone. They worked hard from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon several times even skipping lunch. I cant say enough about JT. He was at our Beckon call every day. Constantly making sure we knew what was happening and what to expect. I crawled under the house when they were done and found the area cleaner than my living room all mold and smell gone.
