During the last couple of months, Westerner General contractor did several projects in my backyard. They built in Arizona room, and two awnings (everyone), who I dealt with, was extremely professional courteous, and went out of their way to meet all my needs. I could not be more pleased with the way they took care of me and my property while they were working at my home. All the subcontractors did an awesome job ! Roger and Wayne, truly showed that they care about the work that was out of my property, and that all my needs were meant. I just wanna pass along kudos, for a job well done!!!
I contacted Weserner Products by email to see if they could replace my step railings. They replied back in a timely manner and somebody out to give me an estimate. They got back to me within 24 hours with a reasonable price. After i signed the contract and made my deposit, they were out and replaced the steps in a timely manner. The work was done professionally. I couldn't be happier.
Took them 3 weeks to give me a quote on a lean-to which ended up being more than the price of my entire metal building, my house, and my 4 acres combined.
It’s hard to know if they’re just incompetent or actually trying to be insulting.
Rather than disrespecting your customers, you could just decline the project.
