701 Construction

I had 701 Construction take a look at my deck and porch - both are unlevel due to unstable dirt under them. Jake put me at ease immediately that this was a fixable problem, and that it wasn't too big of a project. Meeting Jake and Lea was great, as they are down to earth people and both gave me a very good feeling. Fast forward...they kept me in the loop every step of the way, including when they would start, what was happening while they worked, and when they would be finishing up. Jake and his guys did a great job and my deck and porch look fantastic. They even blew off the grass when they were done so as not to leave any mess. The work was quickly done and I am more than pleased with it! Jake worries there may be more ground instability and promises that we are going to check it out and see if anything has shifted in a couple of months. So that is very reassuring...and great that he doesn't just wash his hands of a job that's done. He will be back to check on things! Along with my big jobs, Jake took it upon himself to do a few other minor things that I didn't ask for, but none the less, super appreciated. Jake and Lea are great people and Lea is prompt in answering my texts. I've really enjoyed working with them. I will be calling/texting them again when I am ready to put the permanent lights up on my house!!

Call them! You won't regret it! I have zero doubts about the quality of work that was done, and I feel very comfortable that getting money out of me wasn't their goal. Doing a great job and making sure things are fixed and safe, and that I am happy, seems to be very important to them instead!! That's hard to find!!!

The Gemstone lights installed by 701 Construction are great. The product is well designed and appears to be very durable. Initially installed for Christmas lights, I find that I’m using them for other holidays, for full time outside lighting in the mornings and evenings, and for specialty lighting on “game day”. The app is easy to use and the variety of lighting scenarios you can create is almost endless. The system is quite fun to play with.

The installation provided by Jake and 701 Construction was excellent. They were able to match the track color exactly to the soffit color and when the lights are off, you don’t really see them. There are no cords running anywhere on the outside of the house or on roof. The in-garage installation of the controller unit was professionally done, again with no cords running anywhere. Jake is great to work with and provided thorough instructions on getting the system hooked up to the network and on getting the phone app installed and working properly. The installation occurred during some fairly inclement weather and Jake and the crew went above and beyond to get the job finished. There was good follow-up by Jake after the installation and he has been great with answering questions.

I would highly recommend both this brand of outside lighting and 701 Construction.

I had 701 Construction install the Gemstone Permanent LED Lights on my home and absolutely LOVE them! The 701 team was fantastic to work with through the entire process. They explained everything very well, did great work and kept the work area very clean. They are reliable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these lights or any other work around your home.
