Absolutely fantastic experience with 4 Elements Renovations! They completely re-roofed our 1940s cottage in Belmont and we couldn't be happier with the results.

After getting the run around from another comp. Landon came quickly and my issue ended up just needing some caulk! Did not charge me anything and saved me hundreds that 1st company was going to charge replacing part. Will call them 1st next time!

Recently had a new roof put on my home. Dakota was great throughout the process and even came out the same morning I called about having storm damage and temporarily repaired the roof while it was starting to rain and storm again. Made the decision to do a new roof the following week after doing some pricing. His crew were all very respectful of the property, cleaned up each night after they left (my home took two full days, plus a morning to complete). When they left, they cleaned up everything like they had never been there. The new roof looks great, and it looked like they did everything like it was supposed to be done. They seemed very honest, fair and accessible when I had questions. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area needing roof repairs/installs.

I was contacted by Kevin about the status of my roof. He was very informative and did a complementary walk through of my roof. When he was finished, he talked about what he found and provided excellent understanding about the next steps in getting it all fixed. In the end we decided to wait a little while before replacing, but when the time comes, I will be contacting him to move forward!

Jim Douglas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My insurance did not wanna pay for a full roof replacement, but Jim went above and beyond fighting with the insurance to cover my whole roof. I will be referring Jim and 4elements for not only roof replacement, but any kind of renovations.

Thank you Dakota for stopping by and recommending some minor roofing repairs. I have had a couple of local companies inspect the roof and not show any of the damage. They just wanted me to sign a quick contract promising that I would get a new roof approved by my insurance. Dakota was very straight forward and professional!
