360 Sheds and Metal Buildings

My experience was fabulous. I moved from Maryland and checked around at several shed facilities, but after reading 360 shed reviews and talking to the staff. I was sold and ordered one. I also ran into some design issues, not caused by 360 sheds and I was reassured not to worry, they will come to a resolution, well they did and I am so pleased and will pass their name along.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great ,Honest place to do business with at 360 sheds. To say they go above and beyond for there customers would be a understatement, without getting into a looooong review I had some issues with a metal building but to NO FAULT OF 360 BUILDINGS!!!! IT WAS all supplier issue,but these guys stepped up even when they didn't have to . They made everything work out!! Truly happy customer and I will be doing business here in the future!!

360 serves as a distributor/reseller for Custom Built Sheds, and my experience with them is pretty terrible.

First, there was a problem with the concrete slab size, recommended by a company they suggested. This issue was not only unresolved but actually worsened over time.

Second, we faced a major issue with the door frame sizing. We were advised by their representative to select a door frameout that fits a 36x80 door. However, upon delivery, the frame was exactly 36x80, making it unsuitable for a standard door. Normally, the frame out needs to be a couple of inches wider than the door size for it to fit. This was a clear oversight.

Upon raising these issues with Custom Built Sheds, they offered to correct the door frame but only if I purchased a door from them. Their rationale was that their frame would fit their door. It obviously won't, but I agreed so that this issue is corrected. However, when I approached 360 sheds about covering the cost of the $345 door, they declined.

In summary, I find it disheartening and logically flawed that 360 sheds chose not to refund a $345 door, considering it was their shared mistake, and in light of potentially losing out on future business worth $20,000+ This experience has been a disappointment and a lesson in the importance of double-checking measurements and not blindly trusting vendors.

From start to finish this experience has been exceptional, David my sales professional was very knowledgeable, patient, genuine and made the process easy. The payment process was secure and easy, when I needed to make changes I spoke with a nice lady she was great also. Darryl was my on site builder again great guy, I watched him he takes pride in his craft and it shows, no traces of being there other than a high quality well built shed. In a world of corner cutting you can count on this team to give you the best experience!!!

360 Sheds is the only place I would buy a shed or metal building. They where very helpful and provided me with excellent customer service. Thier website is great, it let's you customize and price everything yourself and they are there to help you every step of the way. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking for a upfront honest family owned company.

I went here after having a horrible experience with C & K sheds of Powhatan. The guy working was very professional and helpful. I have no complaints and have only good things to say. I will defiantly use these guys again if I need sheds in the future. I had such a positive experience that I purchased a second shed. Came for 1 but bought 2.

Purchased my metal garage from them and everything turned out good. They stay in contact and keep you up to date during the process of getting your materials ready. Would use them again.

Rik and Stephanie are very easy to work with and explained the process thoroughly. I ordered during summer of 2021 when Old Hickory Buildings had their record breaking sales months so it took about two months to delivery but am very satisfied with the installation and finished product. Pete Mast who delivers and installed the building is excellent and knows his business. I would gladly recommend 360 Sheds and Old Hickory to my friends.

High quality shed at a very competitive price. Th shed was delivered on time and installation was flawless. If you need a shed I highly recommend 360 sheds. They deliver what they promise.

Ric and Stephanie Maybee were Friendly and down to Earth while still maintaining and air of professionalism. There was no pressure sales. They asked what I was looking for in a shed. I was looking at perhaps a 16 ft by 28 ft metal shed.

We chit chatted for a while about football and stuff with an occasional probe into what I needed the shed for. Ric suggested That unless I really needed all the space that I should stick with a maximum width of 12 ft. Any wider, the price goes way up. I then decided on a wood shed as they are easier to insulate and don't heat up as bad as the metal sheds in the summer.

Then I went with a 20 ft instead of the 28 ft. Ric took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of each shed type, metal roofing versus shingles, and other items. He helped me decide on extras such as windows, shelves, and work benches. He even gave input to the best location of the door and windows.

Ric walked around in the parking lot for an hour or so to help me find a hearing aid I lost. This was two hours after I bought the shed.

I would definitely recommend 360 Sheds to anyone.

They do not know their product details. After the sale they will not help you with any problems and will tell you to contact the manufacturer for ANY concerns or issues. They may tell you they handle warranty issues but then I found that they do not, you must contact the factory. Go to a shed distributor that actually will be helpful. All I can say is do your research on both product and distributor.

A friend of mine recommended 360 sheds and we were happy they did. End to end experience was very good and our custom 10x16 shed exceeds our expectations, many thanks.

360 sheds was a good experience. shed was made to specifications. shed was made by old hickory. so far qulity is good. hopefully it lasts like they say. my biggest PROBLEM was with the communication from the delivery guy. only 1 guy delivers. he is VERY unresponsive to text and phone calls. does not follow directions well. he did a good job with the actual delivery part but ignored my important instruction not to deliver before 10am. he got there at 830am but thankfully it worked out. he did wait for me for 40 minutes.

Do not expect to be delivered on time. Very poor response on delivery date and time. It almost 8 weeks passed and no information on delivery date. Very disappointed. If it would be getting late, they should inform the customer. I called the driver few times and he does not have a clue either.

This is the second weekend in a row I have driven over an hour to buy a shed and both days they have been closed with no notice. At the very least you could update your voicemail or website stating you will be closed. My business will be going elsewhere.

Wow! The service at 360 Sheds is INCREDIBLE! I recently needed a shed for a very limited and small space. Stephanie came out, listened to my needs, looked our space and instantly knew what i needed. She sent options with prices within a few hours and we ordered it right up. She gave a 1-month delivery window and imagine my delight when it showed up 2.5 weeks later. Easy install, the perfect color and it fit perfectly. I could not be happier with my adorable shed and the service. If you’re looking for a shed, Stephanie is your girl.

Pro tip: they speak Spanish, so send all your friends if you need hablas espanol.

A quick google search revealed dozens of companies in the RVA area. I started looking through each listing and eventually narrowed it down to 25 companies, eventually 15.Of the 15 companies I reached out to 8 responded, 4 with quotes and 4 declining their services.

360 Sheds was the first to respond to my quote request just over an hour after I sent it. Stephanie provided all the information I requested. They even quoted me four different models based on the information supplied. As vendors responded I would take a couple of moments to research them and their parent company. Things like google reviews, social media presence, reviews on social media, customer engagement etc.

On a Saturday my fiancée and I headed to get a good look at the various vendor’s lots in person. When we arrived at 360 Sheds, we checked in at the Office, something we had gotten used to after being hunted down at other locations. When we walked in Stephanie was on the phone with a potential customer discussing all the options for a carport and what site preparations would need to be made for the best installation. She even referenced issues she had had on her own lot with using certain sizes of gravel. She motioned for us to come in and have a seat. Once she was off the phone she welcomed us and let us know we were free to walk around the lot unsupervised and she would be out shortly to answer any questions.

We looked around the lot for 5-10 minutes before Stephanie joined us. She took us to some of the buildings similar to the size and style we were looking for. It was obvious she took pride in her buildings in the lot and had extensive knowledge about her products. Stephanie spoke from experience as to why some of the options we had mentioned in our bid may not be the best choice and issues in the past. She talked about permitting requirements for a building of our size and potential issues we may run into. Shortly after she excused herself to assist another customer who arrived at the lot but encouraged us to spend as much time on the lot as long as we wanted. We left shortly after revisiting a couple of the building.

Over the next couple of weeks, I waiting for any additional vendors to send in responses and kept in regular communication with Stephanie at 360 Sheds. During this time, I sent Stephanie probably a half dozen emails asking questions or asking for minor revisions to the quote. Each time Stephanie responded almost instantly, even late at night or early in the morning. Finally, the time for me to get my building permit filed with the county and start the process. For a shed of this size I needed to have both a soil test completed and my property lines marked. Once I was ready to meet with the building department I reached out and Stephanie e-mailed me the engineering plans for my shed. The morning of my meeting Stephanie sent me a quick note wishing me good luck.

I reached out to the permitting office and asked if I revised the building and made it 2 ft shorter if the permit would be approved. I was surprised to get a response with an approved permit for a shed 16’x38’ instead of 16’x40’. I relayed the information to Stephanie and revised my plans one last time to accommodate the 2’ shorter building. A couple of days later I showed up unannounced at 360 Sheds ready to pay for and order my shed. Stephanie went through the whole process with me and went over every aspect of my building with me multiple times, even trying to talk me out of some of the unnecessary building upgrades I had chosen. There was one minor discrepancy between the quote and the final price but she quickly took care of that. I left with an order sheet and waited for a call from the delivery company.

TL;DR
Stephanie and 360 Sheds are awesome to work with and well worth drive to Amelia from Richmond. She values her relationships with customers and goes way beyond the extra mile for her customers. She never tried to sell me something I didn’t need or up sell me. I would and have recommended 360 sheds to anyone I know looking for a shed.

I ordered a Custom shed a couple months ago and had a wonderful overall experience. Top quality product AND Top quality service!!!! I now just ordered a large carport also, and am enjoying the same great experience!

I am a returning customer and have used 360 on multiple projects. The first of them was a complicated metal building against my current structures. I had at least 5 building companies say they would quote it and dropped the ball. Stephanie got back to me the next day and knocked the project out in no time. Great customer service at 360 sheds and metal buildings. Didn’t try to up sell anything. They asked what I wanted and we went from there. Prices are the best in a large area. Saved over 30% by bringing my business here and not elsewhere. Shed will be delivered in 4 weeks and that’s amazing. Coming back in a few months for a carport. And in a couple years I’ll purchase my garage from them as well. Great people up there.

We purchased a carport with Stephaine and Rik and all the way around it was a very enjoyable experience. They took the time to make sure we choose the right size, sidings and height, it was delivered before the expected date and installed within a hour and half.

Very helpful and friendly I am going to get a Carport from them. I have talked to other people about carports. They were not helpful gave three or four prices or wouldn't call back. Very satisfied with 360 Sheds.

Ultimate quality of the building was excellent however I ask the sales rep Stephanie about having my building built on site she told me not to do that end result ruts in my in my lawn 5 - 12 inches deep the owner says to me sorry not my problem it's your responsibility as the homeowner ....I didn't want a new lawn was just asking him to take some responsibility and share repair cost ...my suggestion have your building built on site or run the risk of super deep ruts in your yard.

I've been looking for a solution for our remote lake property for several years. I've had people come out to the site to quote me a price to build one 12x16 cabin. The quote was just way to out of my league for what we were getting. THEN, as I was searching Craigslist for another carpenter, I found 360 Shed's ad. That took me to their Facebook page and then a call to Stephanie. She told me about the build on site option and I was hooked. We visited her shed lot to learn more about our options. She helped me understand that my size options were larger than I previously thought (permit sizes). Stephanie even drove out to the remote site to see how to best communicate our needs to the Old Hickory builders. After years of trying to figure out what we were going to do, we had TWO 12x22 shed-cabins on order. The builder met me out at the site and we were able to get everything I wanted taken care of. I highly recommend Stephanie. She is high energy, very prompt with calls and emails and truly makes sure her customers are taken care of from start to finish.
