T.J. built our decks unleveled, a pitch of a roof incorrectly to where it was rotting within a year after it being put up. His crew left a mess and didn’t pick up after themselves. His crew also came to our house after saying he didn’t pay them. If I could give 0 stars I would. We had this construction company come in and do a few different things and all of the work he did was wrong. He took our money and ran. $15k^ Cheapest job I’ve ever seen done. And when we called to get it fixed he was rude and told us the costumers we were wrong and refused to fix it after over a year of calling.

I feel TJ with 3 Tees construction cares more about receiving money than having a satisfied customer. He is not concerned about performing quality work that lasts. Did a few jobs for my house when he said he got a permit, but didn't. Leaves a lot of trash behind after the job is finished. Built a crooked deck for me, and also a screened in porch with a roof that is deteriorating within a year from being built. Is rude and avoidant when I informed him of the issues. Customer satisfaction is not his top priority for sure. I do not plan to call him again and do not recommend anyone hire this construction company.
