Southern Exterior was fast, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. From the moment we signed the paperwork, it only took a week to get our new roof installed. The whole process was smooth and professional—highly recommend!

I was in need of siding repair and decided to call Southern Exterior. I received a call the next day from Kaylon, who scheduled an appointment to come out to survey my home. He came out 2 days later and discussed with me my options and quoted me a estimate and when the project would be scheduled to begin. Through the process Kaylon was such a professional and a pleasure to work with. I am really pleased with the work that was done and will definitely recommend anyone in need of home repair to give Southern Exterior a call.

Southern exterior services was great. Explained every detail throughout the whole process of getting a new roof for my house. From color & type of shingle, to coming back after the job was done to walk thru my yard to make sure no nails were missed after crew cleaned up. Even brought us the best Oreo cheesecake. Taylor and Jayme had excellent communication with me & the Crew was super polite, tidy & fast. Overall I am very pleased with the entire experience & with my new roof.

Very please with not Only their work, but their professionalism from day one! We had so much trouble with our insurance company, and I didn't expect them to stick around so long, but they did and I am very appreciative of all their help!!

I work offshore so dealing with companies can to be a hassle. With that being said I can say that these guys at Southern Ext ser. They Did me right. They did a great job with replacing my roof. And even though they were delayed do to demand they call me on a regular basis to let me know what was going on at the time. Pros are you can talk to these guys with your concerns and they will get back with you asap to keep you updated. Cons are only one thing that I found and that is for awhile once they replaced my roof and it rained i would get nails coming out of my gutters. They did go all over with a magnet picking up all the nails on the ground once they finished. I think they forgot to check the gutters. I would definitely recommend these guys to someone needing their services.

I'd definitely recommend Southern Exterior Services! They were patient with us in getting the money from the insurance and mortgage company and kept in touch. Their guys came in and knocked out our entire house and shed within a day. They cleaned up their mess and the roof came out amazing.

Southern Exterior changed my roof on 12/24. Changed it in 1 day!!! When they finished cleaning up, you couldn't tell anyone had been to my house, other than a beautiful new roof. Very courteous and respectful contractors! They were quick in assessing hurricane damage to my roof. They completed my roof quickly and the clean-up was phenomenal! I am yet to find a roofing nail in my yard! I highly recommend Southern Exteriors for any of your needs!

Not just putting 5 stars to put 5 starts. These guys got called a week before the storm for my roof that was leaking and never stopped helping me to get through a hurricane with a leaking roof. Due to insurance it was delayed and weather but it did not stop them from constantly working with us and checking in on us the day of and after hurricane Francine. With in just a few short days we felt and were made to feel like their number 1 priority. And in one day my roof was completely finished. An outstanding job. Not one bad thing to say at all.

From the 1st phone call I knew I was going to go with Jamie at southern exterior, he was great with communication. Got the ball rolling. He made sure we were getting what we wanted not just try sell us some cheap roof. They done a great job getting my roof done, Jamie did not only over see his crew but helped out. Dylan Fabre & Troy Brock wanted to check my roof for any damages but I was planning on going with a local roofing company. Troy told me that he would like too see if my insurance would pay for the cost. So he call on his phone and put it on speaker so I hear the conversation. It took awhile for the conversation but any appointment was make for the adjuster too come check my roof. Troy & Dylan were there also too go on the roof too point out the damage. I really didn't think it would be in my favor but lucky me it did. If it wouldn't have I would have gone with the other roofer but since it went in my favor I went with Southern. They work hard just working with my insurance so I want too reward them for a job well done. I was scared because I had never hear of them before so I didn't know their work good or not. Well they were very good too work with and loved the job that was done on my roof. Wasn't sure at first about the color because I was trying to match the color of the other brand of shingles that I had picked out with the other roofer. The color was very close too other one but once it was up it was lighter than I through. It was still pretty and do love the color. My neighbor said that she loves the color and the job was done well. Good quality shingles and job was done professionally. Can't say anything bad about them. They were there when they said they would come work very hard. Came on a Tuesday around noon and worked till 7:50 p.m./cleaned up left at 8:10 p.m. Next day, Wednesday, arrived at 9:00 a.m. and left about 8:05 p.m. and cleaned up what they could. They came get there equipment and cleaned up again. Not sorry about my choice. Another big plus is all I had too pay was my premium which is $500. Nice and the guys were just as nice & professional. You won't be sorry if they do your roof. Don't have any photos yet.

I called Southern Exterior Services with concerns about some rot on my facia and soffit that needed to be addressed on short notice before a home inspection the following day. Southern Exterior put a new roof on my home and did some repair work, completed the job in one day. My yard was completely clean and I was very satisfied with their work and will call them if I need any more work to be done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

I had an old house with rotted siding replaced with hardie plank. Southern was hardie certified and well organized. They demolished the old siding and installed sheathing then installed the hardie plank all within 4 days. The quality never fell short. Amazing cuts and trim work. When rot was found they immediately told me and replaced it before building on top. The cost of demo, sheath, and hardie install for the entire house was extremely fair. I did contract work before and I am seriously blown away. If you want a real construction team with real work for a serious project, they will not disappoint

They did an awesome job on my gutters, fascias boards around our house and paint job around the house and garage. I would definitely recommend. Super nice and on time to do the work.

Matt and the rest of the crew were a joy to work with. After Ida damaged our home, finding a contractor that would actually show up and not inflate prices was very hard to find. Matt did a great job of showing up when he said he would and was very transparent with the quotes given. The work done on my house(hardie board, fascia, and gutters) was top notch and I would definitely recommend them.
