Very unprofessional! Scheduled a service with them through American home shield and then got no correspondence on a time the service call. Waited over a week for service and had to call them to check on the status of the service call. Many times they told false statements about not being able to reach me and stating poor weather conditions for not showing up. If you're in need of ac service, I recommend shopping around because Reggie Broussard will waste both your time and money.

We have been using Reggie Broussards AC & Heating for over 10 years and they never, ever, disappoint! They have taken care of us as if we were family, but we’re not :). We’ve recently had to call them 3 times within 1 week (one problem led to another and another) and they were very good at contacting me to let me know they didn’t forget about us, they were just a little backed up for the day (the first day), second day they came within hours, third day they were here within 30 mins (and it was after 7PM on a Friday!!!!).

Carver came out to the house to fix our unit that kept freezing up. He was on time,very polite and got the job done. He took his time and didn't rush through the job. I would highly recommend Reggie's to anyone. Great job Carver!
