Had a call at 4 o’clock in the morning to go take care of a job for these guys we get there and they act like they don’t know what’s going on after we drove all the way out there to help them. Hopefully they pay us our service charge very very. Unhappy

I recommend these guys over servpro any day price was pretty cheap and work was real good I would love to stay off with I had a emergency call with a guy name Jeff and he send his partner and worker gauge to me what was happening at 4:30 in the am when they had to be to work at 8:00 and the morning they was at my house all the way into 7:25 am and I must say they made sure I was ok help me file my claim and made sure that everything was ok they also make sure that everything was self for my 5 year old son also..

The best restoration company around! I had a small flood in my new home from my humidifier, and they saved the day. They were prompt, professional and so empathetic during a stressful time. They saved my belongings and my carpet. I can't say enough good things about Jeff Smith, Gage Daniels, Joe and team. From beginning to end they were TOP NOTCH!

Hear nothing but good things about the company and one day when I need to have a flood and damage from floods taken care of I will call and ask for Gage and any other employees that work well together to help out can't wait to hear from them(Praying it won't be soon)but if it happens I know where to go

I was initially excited to work with this company. They had great reviews on Google and I was able to connect with someone right away. Jeff (I believe that was his name) answered and told me he would be able to come to my house that day. I told my husband to be home and the time to expect him. But then... no call/now show. I called back, he answered, and he told me that he had a meeting that ran over. He was nice about it and I was understanding, so I asked him when we could reschedule. He said he would come the next day around 3pm. My husband changed his schedule to make sure he was there, and again, no call/no show. I did not call back after that and he never called me with an explanation.
