We had a 5 star experience with John from 21st Century Contracting! We had a GAPING hole on the crown of our roof from a raccoon! We called and were happy to have a professional, clean cut man show up THAT DAY!!! Rain was forecast for Memorial Day weekend. John came, surveyed the problem, went for tools and shingles and returned the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend! Who does that??? John does all kinds of contracting, both small and large!!!! I can tell you we will not call anyone else if we need a contractor!!! We are sold on John and 21st Century Contracting!

We previously had them replace a sliding glass patio door with internal blinds. It's beautiful! Recently we had a large bay window in a 2nd floor master bedroom replaced. In both instances, we enjoyed working with them, the window and door are quality products professionally installed, and no cleanup needed by the owner once the job is done. As new home projects arise, I won't hesitate contacting 21st Century Contracting.

While remodeling a bathroom we noticed some water leaking through our ceiling light setup after a rainy day. The next day we were able to get in contact with John and he was able to come over, assess what was wrong and get it fixed same day! We were so happy to get it fixed right away and not damage any of the new work that was already done. John was very nice, explained the problem well, and fixed it quickly. Would recommend and use again!

Lacks appropriate communication, no work completed for 4 months after giving thousands down for job. Tried to get us to build something we didn't want. Contract cost of build was $100,000 less than they agreed on 3 months later. Still no work started. Cashed check without my knowledge even though we had an agreement to communicate first, then blamed it on office staff. Agreement signed with owner and employee, employee quit soon after, no employee to start our project for 30-60 days, then this employee wasn't paid for work actually completed. Constant weekly phone calls to see what progress was made, every week a different excuse-lack of help, other jobs taking priority etc. All estimates and quotes obtained by ourselves and the employee that had not been compensated for all his time. After 4 + months owner states he can't do our job and we get no funds returned to us. Please pay for what's completed with this company, don't pay in advance!! You will lose your hard earned money.

They did a nice job replacing my roof and most of the windows in our 2 story house. Also did some other work... garage floor, spruced up our front porch area. Good people. Highly recommend. They know how to work with your insurance, too.

John and his crew are the best. They just installed new windows in my home for a great price. I didn’t have to do a thing besides let them get to work. 21st Century completed the demo and install in just a few days. Were very easy to communicate with and kept the work space tidy. I plan to use them in the future for my bath and kitchen remodel, as well as painting and siding work.

We had 21st Century Contracting remove some base cabinets in the dining area to make more room. These were really wall cabinets the previous owner installed as base units. We wanted them hung up on the kitchen wall so they had to be careful not to scratch or damage them upon removal. They did a great job and got the units hung. Since the counter top and back splash were glued to the wall, they had to patch the wall and then paint, then replace the tile floor where the cabinets sat. They did a wonderful job. Can't even tell the wall was repaired. Cabinets look great. Anthony was very courteous and timely on the repairs. We would hire them again for any remodeling we might need. Thanks

I have done sub contract work through 21st Century. 21st Century is a great company for everything inside and outside. As a contractor myself, I can testify that contracting work is challenging and demanding in all regards. These guys genuinely care about their customers and they go above and beyond for customers. They offer a team-like experience, working with the homeowner from start to finish. They have very quick estimates. They assist in reaching estimate that is budget friendly for everyone. 21st offers professional quality work with experienced employees and subcontractors. I had an estimate scheduled with 21st for a new roof and a plumbing rough in, but my car battery died so I couldn’t make it home in time. Luckily Anthony from 21st called me to see why I wasn’t answering the door and when I explained to him my situation he didn’t hesitate to immediately come to where I was and jump start my car for me. Then they gave me a bid for $5,000 less than all the other estimates I had gotten. Soon after that the Jobs were well done.

Replace new roof and vents after hail damage.
Install new concrete patio.
Remove old garage door and put up new wall with new windows and vinyl siding.
Take out old patio door in master bedroom and replace with large new window and wall beneath it. Sheetrock and siding.
Replace another bedroom window.

I hired 21CC to replace and expand our driveway to include a larger parking slab. The driveway is quite large and extends the entire length of our lot. John was out to look at the site the same day I called him. I had the estimate within 48 hours and the job completed within a week. The cost was approximately 1/2 of what I had been quoted by another contractor. After they had framed the driveway I pointed out something I wanted changed and they came out and fixed it immediately. Their crew was professional and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

I hired 21st Century Contracting to knock a wall out, install new flooring and put in a new half bath. They did a great job and had wonderful communication with them. I would definitely hire them for future home renovation jobs.
