I had a large hole chewed through my roof by raccoons! I called a few roofers I found on the internet and Doug was the only one to return my call. It was an outstanding experience. First Doug returned my call and was very understanding of my situation.Doug was zealous in his efforts to match discontinued shingles for the portion of my roof which was being replaced. He went above and beyond to keep me informed of his search results. He was on site the day the job was performed to deal with issues that the roofers may have had. VERY happy with my new roof.
