I worked with 101 Roofing & Remodeling to replace my roof in 2023. The team at 101 was great. They were super responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. The team was patient with my endless questions and was accommodating to my time frame and special requests.

If you're looking for a small, local business where you can call with questions and speak to the same person each time, they're for you.

If you're looking for a "big box store" feel where you're just a number, look elsewhere.

The end product looks great, there were a few issues founds after installation of a new roof and gutters, however these issues were corrected promptly with no pushback. This company was great to work with and I appreciate that they addressed the issues I had so quickly, because of this I recommend them to others and give 101 5 stars.

Dave and the team at 101 Roofing are the best to work with. They came out right away after one call and looked at my roof, found damaged. They work with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Dave met at my residence with my assurance adjuster went through everything with them and got me the best price for the damage that I had. They took care of everything as I am a busy professional and I didn't have time to deal with the insurance company and looking at multiple roofing companies, etc.

It took one call to 101 Roofing and it was handled. The other thing is that their crew that came and did the work were so professional and when they where done you couldn't even tell that they were there. The clean up was amazing and would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of work done on their house. I will be using them for my future remolding project.

I have an industrial building with a flat roof, it was leaking during the winter. The roof was nearly 15 years old, we called 101 Roofing in the afternoon 101 Roofing was out by 10am the next day. They thoroughly inspected what I had for a situation and repaired the rubber roof all same day. They do not try and upsell or charge some ridiculous price. The pricing was very fair, no extra surprises – even some advice to minimize ice dams in the future.
