Duane, Mike, and the guys are all just absolutely wonderful! My home needed a new roof and all of the siding & gutters replaced, and out of the several different contractors I had out to take a look they were the most knowledgeable and thorough with their inspection of the damage. It was absolutely falling apart and they took care of it all with no complaints, making my home look brand new! Communication throughout the entire process was great, they are extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient, and wonderful to be around. They’re pretty funny too! I felt 100% comfortable talking to each them (and joking with them, pulling some pranks on them too LOL) during the course of their work and I am just so grateful to have had them here to get my home looking beautiful. Roofing Done RIGHT is a very fitting name for their company!

After talking with multiple companies for our roofing, siding and chimney repair project, we felt most comfortable with Duane and Mike at Roofing Done Right, LLC. I am pretty experienced in renovation work and was nervous to hire out this project because I was worried they would not do it to my standards. They were very thorough in their quote and explained everything in detail of what they were going to do. Their price was very fair as compared to other companies. Their work exceeded expectations in many ways. They were a joy to have around the house. I've never met such polite contractors. They were clean and very transparent. One night before Mike left, he asked me to come out to show me on the roof they had completed, that they noticed two of the bundles of shingles were colored slightly darker than the rest of the roof (we could hardly tell) and they told us they wanted to replace it anyways. Then last minute, after having special ordered our siding, we had a change of heart on the color we had chose! I asked Duane what my options were and he said that the most important thing was for us to be happy and they would figure out a way to get what we wanted. They scrambled and within a day had new siding and were putting it on! To top it off, they dotted all their I's and crossed all their T's before leaving the last day! Last year, our sunroom roof was leaking where the roof met the house. They added flashing, ridge vents and replaced the shingles on the sunroom roof. The leaking was fixed and we have had no issues since. The room is also a little cooler now that there is a ridge vent installed.

We had to remove a large tree that had previously shaded our entire roof. With the tree gone our roof now gets full sun. Our attic did not have proper ventilation so with the direct sun, our second floor was unbearably hot and humid on 80/90 degree days - we could not sleep upstairs. They inspected our roof and attic (there was no airflow in the attic). After installing fans and adding proper ventilation, our upstairs temperatures are consistently comfortable (even this whole week when we were in the mid-90s). If you have any roofing needs, I highly recommend you reach out to them!

Days like these I sleep easy. Pulled in the driveway tonight, sat in the truck and just watched the rain run down the roof! Thanks again Mike and crew! Very professional.

I would highly recommend Roofing Done Right. Mike, Duane, and the crew were incredible in their customer service, friendly, professional, and courteous. They go out of their way to be helpful and respectful of the property and our possessions. They would often jump in and lend a helping hand when it had nothing to do with the job they were being paid to do. They always communicated when they would be at the house and were conscientious about when/if the supply trailer was left in our driveway (which was almost never). Their work is top-notch and they put a lot of care and effort into what they do. They fully re-sided our house and did a fantastic job. If these reasons weren’t already enough to highly recommend them, we had an issue with our new addition bathroom where a cut out shelf in our shower was not marked on the exterior (not their responsibility) and ended up with some nails running through some accent tiles. This was not their fault or responsibility as they would have had no reason to know it was there since the contractor had not let them know or marked it. Without hesitation, they offered to fix the damage and took care of the problem without batting an eye. We thought the contractor would have taken care of it but true to their name, Roofing Done Right stepped up and fixed the damage immediately. We truly can’t say enough good things about Mike, Duane, or the rest of the guys. They are first class and will do fantastic work!

Mike, Duane and their crew came out and got the job done. We were told a week to get it done and they did it. They worked through some cold temps and delivered a wonderful looking new roof. We can’t thank them enough. Will use them again for further home updates down the road.

Mike and Duane were awesome! They practically built my entire house. As soon as I saw what a great job they did on my roof I just kept adding things on. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I will, without a doubt, be using them again. In all the ended up doing my roof, siding, all new windows, new porch, framing working inside the house, and stairs out the back.

I cannot begin to tell you just how good this company was from start to finish.
I assisted my 72 year old mother with having her whole roof replaced due to previous hail damage. Duane was especially attentive in communicating with me and assisting with any/all questions I had thought the process.
Their crew was extremely professional and thorough to say the least. Right down to going over the entire yard with a rolling magnet to pick up any/all metal/nails so our dogs wouldn't be affected by anything harmful.
We had Mike do her roof about 20 years ago when he first started his company and he was the first person that came to mind once we had our insurance assess/approve the damage/repairs.
To say that Mike and Duane are professionals is an understatement. I cannot begin to recommend them enough to anyone. THANK YOU BOTH for helping my mother (and me) in making this process as smooth as possible. The roof couldn't look better. Duane and Mike are both very knowledgeable on gutters and roofing. We had them repace our gutters and put on the Bulldog Gutter Guard. From suggestion of color to the installation of both we couldn't be more pleased! We are definitely having them replace our roof in the future. They went above and beyond our expectations! They really care about the quality of work they do on your home!

We have had RDR install a roof on our old house and just had them out to install a roof, gutters, and gutter guard on our newest house. Both times RDR treated our house as if it was theirs. They use quality materials and stand behind their work. I would use and refer them again and again.

I usually do not like hiring people to do work for my because its very hard to find contractors to live up to my standard of work. I would recommend these guys to my best friends and family, they are the type of contractors that do the type of work everyone would expect and more. Very professional, very upfront, and seemed to be proud of the type of work they do and it showed. Very impressed and would recommend them in a second. I actually had to hire them to replace a roof that was just installed on a new garage I had another contractor build, I am so happy with the job they did I will be having them do the roof on my house to match the garage. They did such an amazing job on the front of our house!!! Best price out there and will be using them to replace the back side of my roof on back of the house. Our home looks completely different and defiantly worth the money! I would recommend them to anyone looking at getting work done.

They responded to my email requesting an estimate in a timely manner, and showed up promptly for the appointment to go over my issues and gave a very fair estimate. First job hired to do was my 30x40 2 story barn, roofing done right did a great job, very neat and clean company. They also came in under the major company's best estimates. I also chose to have the bull dog gutter guard installed on both dwellings, what a nice product, I will never clean another gutter again. Roofing Done Right replaced the roof on our Church's preschool building. They were on time and within budget and less than any other bid we had.
