Went to a community trunk or treat event and gave my info to a woman besides my better judgement as she was very pushy. Since that event Zellers has called me stating I have an appointment for a quote that I never set up. When I stated I would call back to reschedule if/when I saw fit that seemed fine yet I have been hounded with calls - 12 to be exact since the 28th of October. The calls come back to back within 5-10 minutes of one another day and night with no voice-mail left. They do not wait for a response back before calling you again and again. They use multiple different numbers so even if you block one number they have called from the calls just keep coming. When I confronted the last person who called me and said I did not want further calls he asked when would be a better time to call me and I said just please dont; I do not want further calls. I am hoping there will be no future calls at this point. Personally any company that is pushy in this way will not have my business.

Take's CASH for and additional discount, preformed ½ of the work ( Roof ) and have had the windows on back order due to covid which was acceptable at the time. Then their window supplier goes under and our order was lost, then it was "it's a special order so it takes time" , now it's "nobodies in the office" .

The windows are amazing ! We love them! The installers are very polite & quick. Kathy and Andrea were always punctual with getting us answers and calling us back. Friendly company, very satisfied.

They replaced my roof, with new vents. There is a 50 year guarantee. The roof replacement was done within days of my purchase. All the old shingles, nails and trash from the new shingles were picked up and hauled away. The finished roof looks great!

One word to describe our experience and that is Amazing!!! We have used Zeller windows for projects in the past and once again they were outstanding. The owners and salespeople are so very knowledgeable, kind and go above and beyond. The installers were quick, professional and very detailed. We have more projects coming up in the spring and we will be using them again!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fantastic service, quality & professionalism!

I signed contract June 2019 for gutters nothing but problems till Sept finally installed gutters . Rain flows from roof between house and gutters so gutters are useless. Was suppose to have 5 to 6 downspouts got 3. 1 is for 3 sides of house and water pours out at elbow. Been waiting since feb for answer as to when they would be fixed Nothing but excuses her partner left her she has to pay new guy to fix my gutters. Lifetime warranty lol $2400 waste of money. The soffett has 3 large holes and gutter corner pours water on stairs. Thanks Andrea

Their quick response to my initial request for an estimate, to their thorough explanation of the product, to their excellent customer service made this a pleasant experience. The wait time for product delivery and installation was short and the installers were in and out in no time!

Starting from initial sales representative, representative was very helpful in providing cost effective options. Provided detail info on color options. Installation person was on-time and installed with excellemt quality.

Love the windows however I was lied to and forgotten about once they were paid. My salesman forgot to put on my order I wanted window grids and my windows came plain. They told me they would fix it. They said my windows would be thrown away so I opted to only have too sash with grids. They promised me they would make it right. Told me to tell the finance company my work was complete so they could get paid. This was in April. It is August and they never replaced the top sash and do not return numerous phone calls. I was considering using them next spring for gutters but now they lost a customer. I am very unhappy with their service. Do not lie just to get paid. Make it right for the customer. I should have not told the finance company it was all good. Because now that they got paid I will NEVER hear from them. Poor service for sure.

Saw their booth at Uncle John's flea market. Stopped and talked to them and scheduled them to come and give a quote. We made it clear that we would not make a decision that day and that my husband would not be there. I stated that we were getting other quotes. They said that was no problem, John Landenberger sales specialist was unprofessional. Since my husband wasn't home and I was not making a decision on the spot he refused to quote. I would not waste my time with them. I guess they are making so much money that they don't want my business

We met some representatives at a local fest who offered us a free estimate. We accepted and set up the estimate. A representative came out, took measurements of all windows I wanted replaced and what kinds of windows I wanted them replaced with. At that time, he proceeded to show us a demonstration of the products offered. During that demonstration, my two year old daughter touched the extremely hot heat lamp being used and burned her hand (no fault of the representative). We had to cut the meeting short, but I said please let me know when you have my estimate because I'm very interested. He had all the measurements needed to give the estimate. After 2-3 days, I was called back asking to set up a follow up appointment to get the estimate. I called back, explained that I had a 2 year old and a one month old and life was hectic right now and I just wanted the estimate. I was told I couldn't get an estimate without the in home visit. I explained I did not want to be pressured, I didn't have time for another meeting and I just wanted the estimate, I was again told it was not company policy and that the owner would have to call me back to give me the estimate. Well I guess the owner didn't think it was worth the effort because we never received the call. It's a shame, because we really were interested and we thought we had sat through enough of the sales pitch to receive the company's estimate. Oh well, I'll find someone else to replace my windows.

I was impressed the moment the representative John, came to my home to show me the windows. I loved that he was not pushy at all and let me husband and I make our decision without pressure. We ended up purchasing replacement windows for the first level of our home. Anytime I had a question I called and my phone call was returned promptly. The windows were installed yesterday and the job was done quickly and without issue. My husband and I had never had a big home improvement project done before but because this went off so well we are having them come back to do our roof and siding. It's so nice to find a company with a great product and great customer service. Thank you

We had Lange Zeller put a new roof on our house. We contacted Andrea Zeller who was extremely helpful and coordinated the complete installation with no stress to us. The professionalism started with Andrea and continued to the installers. The instillation was completed in two days and they cleaned the site back to the original state. The roof is beautiful. Andrea’s team kept us informed every step of the way. I will recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Thank you Lange Zeller.

Ok I’m editing this review and adding a star as they did return and fix my leak in a weeks time mostly due to weather (can’t use caulk in the rain) and a holiday weekend. And the owner did apologize for the lack of communication and changing the scheduling. Did not show on day of scheduled installation and no phone call to state they were not coming. I called them after I took the day off work for this to find out I was being rescheduled. When they finally did show the job was done in a timely manner. However, I have had to call them back as there is a leak in one of the gutters and haven’t heard back from them yet. They are great on the phone once you get a hold of someone but definitely need to improve customer service. Don’t think I will be doing business with this company again.

They never showed up to install gutters on my garage. No explanation, no call to let me know that they weren't coming. This happened THREE times! I canceled my order and was told the refund of the deposit was processed last week. It's a week later & I still haven't received the refund.

They did come out and finally finished the job the Sunday after this review was posted, and it was done well. These are great window but the customer service needs to improve. They need to hire more people or not have the sales team say that the trim will be replaced and stained to match when the installers don't offer that service. The only reason we made a fuss about it was because it was listed on the original quote and sales invoice.

We purchased new windows for the family room 5 windows total. When the windows were installed they never finished staining the trim. They left the project only partly done. The next day we noticed the new windows were steaming up. We called and they said someone would be out to take a look and finish the trim. A few days later someone came out and the windows were fixed however they refused to stain the edges which was part of what was paid for. I called again and they said next week. Come that day nobody showed up during the time frame and I called and they said next week 8 am. I just called and now they are saying they will try to be there by noon. This is not a professional way to do business. I had another room of windows that I was going to have them work on. However after this experience I am not thinking so.
