Both Jonathan and Felix were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and geniuely helpful during the whole process of Installing our new roof. Not only did they work with us with our financing but also provided us the best quality\newest technological roof that is truly second to none in both looks and quality. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a roof repair, new installation, or just general information on the industry newest materials\practices and its subsequent laws and procedures of your area.

I was extremely satisfied with Zavala Roofing. Felix was here to look at the roof 2 days after I called. He worked directly with my insurance company about hail damage and I had a check the next week. The workers arrived promptly on the day they were scheduled. The work was well done and were very courteous to my wife and me. They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and swept for stray nails before they left. Felix was at the site twice during the day, and at the end of the job that day to check on things and make sure that I was pleased with the work. While they were here I asked about some other gutter repairs that insurance did not cover. While there was minor damage, they advised me that they did not think they needed to be replaced at this time. Not many roofers would be that honest to their customers. Jonathon followed up after the work was completed to be sure that everything was filed completely and correctly with my insurance company. I would absolutely trust them and recommend them to anyone that has a need roofing or restoration.

Zavala roofing reroofed my house four years ago and they stand up for integrity and professional ism. After finding a leak they came out and repaired the roof at no additional cost. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof and or repairs.

Zavala Roofing provided excellent service and craftmanship while replacing my roof. They protected all my plants around my house while re-roofing as well as made sure the nails were retrieved because they knew I had dogs in the yard. The team showed up when they said they were going to and got the job done faster than I expected. Jonathan reduced the stress of making choices and made sure we were happy with the results. We have used Zavala Roofing three times and had a good experience. Each time Jonathan has been very responsive and his bids are competitive. This recent time we had an emergency situation and someone came out within 2 hours to repair a hole in our roof from the recent storm. No issues with work quality.

Jonathan and his team showed up at eight in the morning and were finished before 5 o’clock in the afternoon. It was phenomenal to see how quickly and efficiently they moved as a team in removing and replacing our new roof.
